  1. I think that would be more like this...
  2. Very nice Mr Man, some interesting build techniques there - especially with the open wings at the back . I'm not sure about the colour scheme (maybe try pink) but this is a good start. I'd like to see more pics - perhaps some including a pilot. Could you incorporate one of those new Hello Kitty figs that are all the rage today? Once you've perfected this one, I'd like to see a Y-Wing.
  3. Hooorah, Lego's rubbish anyway. However, I'd prefer a forum dedicated to Miffy and will be taking my business elsewhere.
  4. That's a nice idea - hopefully we'll see more in the future.
  5. Congratulations winners! It's been fun looking at all the entries.
  6. Thanks. I almost hate to say this after my recent spate of funnies. I don't want to become known as the EB perv, but doesn't that image look a little phallus?
  7. This is an interesting question. Minifigures: Easy, it's got to be 7667 - Three Stormies and a Shadow Trooper the only way this could've been improved would be to lose the Shadow Trooper and add another Stormie. Parts: Now it's getting harder, I suppose 7668 because that's the only one I've used parts off in an MOC but I keep thinking 8083 will come in handy. Design: Hmmm, I think 7668 again. It's a pretty sleek looking speeder. The only thing that bothers me about it is, please correct me if I'm wrong (and I hope I am), that this vehicle was just invented by TLG.
  8. I'm not too well versed on BARCs but this certainly looks better than Legos effort. Is this around 18 studs long? Are the BARCs in TCW different to the ones in ROTS?
  9. WOW! Can't believe I managed to miss this update (too busy causing trouble). This looks HUGE - somehow looks bigger than marshal_bananas' probably because there's no background on his latest image. There's really so much difference in the tones of reddish brown or is that down to the camera too? Still can't wait to see this finished - looking awesome so far. BTW you wouldn't be interested in donating this to a charity that helps potato-headed AFOLs re-grow their hair would you?
  10. That's very nice Dark Zion. I wouldn't say it doesn't need more greebling but I do like it as it is. If you do decide to greeble more IMHO it needs to be pretty subtle - not too much. I like your other work too. Have you deliberately gone for a Chibi style or are you developing your own uniform Lego scale?
  11. Damn! I've just drooled on my keyboard.
  12. I'm always amazed by maxifigs, I just wouldn't know where to start! Well done Ar Sparfel
  13. I've always admired this set from afar, the greebling is tremendous! Except, personally I feel all the colours don't quite gel - of course that's easily changed, and your excellent review has made this set all the more tempting. Now I'll just have to keep telling myself 'Save your money Praiter Yed. Save your money'.
