You do know what's going on; that's what the opening crawl is for. And a lot of core Star Wars concepts are explained throughout the movie following Luke's progression. How else would people have watched Star Wars in 1977 without being confused?

...and frontpaged, and I remember that you told me a couple years ago that you thought your title was outdated, so I've updated it.

Anio's latest masterpiece is this impressively detailed and beautifully shaped UCS 74-Z Speeder Bike. Be sure to check out the rest of the photos and the description in the Star Wars forum.

[SoNE Freebuild] "In the shadows to the left."
Brickdoctor replied to MKJoshA's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
I do like the color scheme of this build better than that of your last, and the suspended walkways seem very Cloud City-ish; good choice. I think I'd like to see some more detailing along the walls: maybe some cylinders in the corners, maybe some vents, maybe some small lights, that sort of thing. Reinforce the idea that this is an industrial area. -
I don't like that order because it kills some of the suspense (or at least that which remains out of common public knowledge) of the end of Empire when you have the PT explaining it before Jedi resolves it. The OT stands on its own as a story; the PT does not. I like OT first, you see it, it's a complete story, then if you want more explanation, you have the PT.

Yes, it was I.

SoNE Contest Episode I: Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka
Brickdoctor replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Bob is correct; free builds stay in the main forum, episode entries stay in here. You might notice that I've started work on part of the MOC Index to include episode builds, so your episode builds will still be easy to find. (And of course you can add a picture or a link of an episode build to a free build post if for story reasons you need the connection; there's nothing wrong with that.) -

A Warden walks into a bar. The barman sells him a Mead so he can get a temporary stat boost.
-
"No one seems to. That's why I usually just let my stats do the work."
-
Boomingham can take credit for it, and if anyone argues otherwise, all he has to do is point out that Docken doesn't contribute anything offensively.

"Because 'Appearances' was his chosen dump stat in order to min-max and get better WP or SP or HP?"

"Because he painted himself blue to camoflauge himself and avoid a reputation penalty? Because he was trying to deal the Confused effect by changing what everyone thought he looked like? Because he didn't care about his appearance, knowing that whatever color he was, it shouldn't affect his stats?"

I think that deciding for someone whether or not they should like a set of films is a bit of a stretch. You sound confused about the reality of the PT conspiracy. You must not be a true Star Wars fan.

Wow. That's beautiful, Anio. I love all the details in the black integrated into the smooth transitions of the brown. Lots of great shaping. The black ribbing and area around it under the seat is especially well done.

Show the OT and then say that the PT doesn't exist; it's just a conspiracy invented by Lucasfilm to confuse those who aren't true Star Wars fans.

Just start it over! Characters have changed and progressed. You can start with me again; I'm easy. (And I'm bad at reviewing other players' roleplaying.)

QM Note: I had asked you to be more specific as to where you were heading and how you were getting there; the party is split up, they are moving around, you may or may not know where they are in- or out-of-character, and they're not in a definite location. You can join the battle after the next Round. "So, you seek a challenge. Excellent idea! If you have no other preparations to make, then we shall go looking for more Pongcanae."
