  7. It said he would attempt to pull your arms off. I think it's plausible that you might drop all your stuff and/or faint if a bunch of ligaments and tissue were torn and bones were broken and dislocated, even if the arms weren't torn completely off.
  8. Stabbing, cuts, and things like that are plausibly under the Veteran's protection and the magic healing powers of different consumables and classes. Limbs cut off are harder to explain, so as a QM I usually avoid things like that.

  13. Yeah, if there's one thing the PT had, it was that it was thought up by the same guy. The transition to OT technology and themes is well done in most cases. (The 'bridges', as they like to call them. Although it's very arguable that the most important transition of all, that of Anakin to Vader, is not well done.) Not just references, but reasons. Similarly, I hope that the ST doesn't just havereferences, but has results. To be fair, no, that storyline hasn't ended...but it's already been told. Palpatine's clones and all that, plus there are a lot of major conflicts left and the war doesn't actually end until the Pellaeon-Gavrisom Treaty is signed nineteen years after Star Wars. I agree with you, it seems like we've seen all the threats already. Resurrecting Palpatine again would be annoying, I think. (I could see a Palpatine Clone and the Death Star III as a joke, but not as a serious plot for a movie.)   23. I like it. Nicely done with the Cloud City-style arches and platforms, and I love the greebles and other detailing integrated into the spaces in the arches. Story is much more plausible, too.
  24. The Delta-7s used in Clones with the astromech to the side don't use the whole body; it's just an integrated astromech head. To make that part movie-accurate, TLG just has to take the dome piece and stick it on top of the wing, just as they did in '02. (And they have already done a whole astromech in a wing, too, in 9494. [Which was an Eta-2 and canonically in-universe did have an entire astromech in the wing, not just the head.])
  25. Very interesting. I think the IV, V, I, II, III, VI order might work for kids who don't know about how plots are set up or how characters can be dynamic or static, and all the info in Sith doesn't ruin Jedi. But for me, I started seeing the PT for the first time in...'02, I think (I was a "LEGO introduced me to Star Wars" person as opposed to the very common "Star Wars introduced me to LEGO".), and I think I saw it in the order I, IV, V, VI, II, III (because Clones wasn't out on VHS at that time). And there weren't any secrets in Menace that I couldn't figure out, and I liked having the PT expand on and explain the points already known from the OT as I saw Clones and Sith last as they came out.
