  1. Oh yay a Hinckley game! 1) yes 2) the legend of Karen the mermaid. I kid. It’s really Sadko. 3) I defiantly refuse to give a definitive answer for this.
  2. The logic behind one scum was because originally I was hoping for ten players, and this setup called for two scum originally. When I didn’t get the original target of players, I was worried two scum would be OP. If I ran this setup again with the same amount, I would have kept two scum. Sorry fhomess!
  3. I can never tell if you are actually mad at me or not.
  4. Autumn was thrown from a building as part of her being voted out of the group. She fell to the ground, following the path a rainbow would take. Unfortunately for Autumn, there was no man with laser glasses to catch her. It was a quiet night. When the town awoke, they went to see the news. "God. Where is Kyle?" Karen asked into the void. "He's late to the party. I always knew Chad was the better son." "Well," Molly started, "I looked into Autumn's pockets after she was thrown off the roof, and found she was part of the Knitting Club." "So what does that mean?" Kendall asked. "It means we won!" Adam shouted. "Yup," Molly said. "Now we can go wait for the new bookstore that opoens next month." "A month??" Miranda repeated. Congratulations to the Bookclub (Town)! Specifically to survivors Adam (jimmynick), Miranda (darkdragon), Kendall (trekkie99) and even Karen (Hinckley). A big thank you to everyone for playing. I'm sorry the conclusion was posted late. The dead board below. https://123.writeboard.com/bkntv61plt8lfc2ndlrray1l PW: readingrainbow Players Kendall Kane (Trekkie99) Adam Stewart (jimmynick) Karen McMillan (Hinckley) Miranda Beal (darkdragon) Dead Reader's Society Becky Carroll (Bob) - Book Club (Town) Robert Stewart (jackjonespaw) - Book Club (Town) Chelsea Caron (Kristel) - Book Club (Town) Autumn Martin (fhomess) - Knitters (Scum)
  5. Next thread will be up soon, sorry for the delay.
  6. I really like the exterior and the colors. I might by two copies to make the bookshop wider and the townhouse wider and taller.
  7. I really like the exterior and the colors. Wish there was more interior for the bookstore, though.
  8. the LDD Extended mode has a variety of decals you can use, I think a pizza is in there.
  9. You've got a start! I really like how simple the pizza oven is, and it's still instantly recognizable. I would suggest adding a pizza sign out front though. Nice start.
  10. VOTE TALLY Autumn (fhomess) - 4 vote (jimmynick, darkdragon, hinckley, trekkie99) Nonvoters - fhomess With five players, a majority of 3 is needed to lynch. The day has ended with a lynch of fhomess. SIDE NOTE: I did not recieve a unanimous vote for the amendment, so 3.5 is still in effect. Please send in your night actions.
  11. Maybe we get a book store and a police station this year, if we are indeed getting two large sets this year. I'm having an easier time believing the 12pm time slot over the police station though.
  12. VOTE TALLY Autumn (fhomess) - 4 vote (jimmynick, darkdragon, hinckley, trekkie99) With five players, a majority of 3 is needed to lynch. There are 22 hours left in the day. SIDE NOTE: It has been brought to my attention by some that since this is a very small game, that rule 3.5 where you may not target a player two nights in a row could be an issue. If everyone is ok with removing this rule please vote Yes or No. A unanimous vote is needed for this, in desire of fairness for all players. Send me a PM please to remain anonymous.
  13. Grand Emporium had a toy floor for that set. Not full of shelves though.
  14. Voting is open. A majority of 3 is needed to lynch. There are 45 hours left in the day.
  15. I'm definitely liking the idea of a bookshop/library. I'm hoping it's got some good, warm exterior colors.
  16. Thank you to jackjonespaw and Kristel for playing!
  17. Chelsea was walking to the ATM with her boombox. "I just need some cash to buy some merch at the Saylor Twift concert tonight. She's my fav. I think $100 studs will be enough. Then I can buy a shirt and a CD! She say's I can do anything, just like her song Brick Them Off!" "You can't do anything," a voice said behind her. "It's you! It's the masked figure! Can you sing?" "With an ice cream cone in my hand?" the figure replied. "I can't give away hints." "Well what flavor is it?" "ABS." And then the masked figure beat Chelsea down. The next day was the next book club meeting, and Molly quickly informed everyone. "Well, Robert my not-hubby-but-wish-he-was was voted off last night and after searching through his golf bag, we found he was Book Club (Town)." There was a collective groan. "AND there was a murder. It was Chelsea. She was going to a concert, dear lord it wasn't even Medium Stone Grey 5, what a tween." Molly pulled out her notes and continued, "anyway I found Chelsea was also Book Club (Town). You people need to hurry it up. Now, this week is free week for books. Pick whatever you want. But I swear to brick if any of you pick Bless the Bricks and Children or The Bricksiders I will string you up myself." The Rules 1. Each player will be given a character to play, who will be aligned with either the Book Club (Town) or the Knitting Club (Scum). To win the game, the Town must kill off all the Scum, while the Scum needs to outnumber the Town. Third-party (neutral) characters have their own win conditions as outlined in their roles. 2. Each day you will be able to vote to lynch a player. Voting is mandatory. Voting should be done in the following format; Vote: Character (Player). Similarly, unvoting is to be done in the format; Unvote: Character (Player). No other format will be accepted. A majority vote is required to lynch a player. Failure to vote will incur a 2-vote penalty the following game day. 3. A game day will last a maximum of 72 hours. You may not vote in the first 24 hours. The day will end when a majority vote has been reached after 72 hours. After the day has been concluded, a night stage will commence, which will last 48 hours. Night actions must be sent to the host in the first 20 hours of the night stage. 3.5. Players may not target the same player two nights in a row, and may not target themselves. 4. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the "Off-hour"/night, will be revealed at the beginning of the next "Hour"/day. 5. You may not quote or pretend to quote anything sent to or from you in PM with the game host, or in PM with any other players. This includes all the details of your character and role, as well as any night action results. Role claims and reporting of night action results are acceptable, but in your own words only. Do not attempt to use the structure of your role PM to your advantage. 6. Do not play the game outside the thread. Similarly, do not post out of character inside the thread. Game tactics and roles may only be discussed in the game thread or via PM with other players. Private discussion is done at your own risk and should be treated as part of the game. 7. If you are dead, you may not post in thread or discuss the game with any of the players. Any information you had becomes void, and may not be passed on. 8. You may not edit your posts. 9. You must post in every day thread. 10. If you encounter a problem or have a question, please contact the host via PM. 11. Violation of any of the above rules will result in a 5 vote penalty for the first offence, and death on your second offence. 12. There are no hints or clues in the day/night images. Players Kendall Kane (Trekkie99) Autumn Martin (fhomess) Adam Stewart (jimmynick) Karen McMillan (Hinckley) Miranda Beal (darkdragon) Dead Reader's Society Becky Carroll (Bob) - Book Club (Town) Robert Stewart (jackjonespaw) - Book Club (Town) Chelsea Caron (Kristel) - Book Club (Town)
  18. Post coming within the next three hours.
  19. Hey all, I’m traveling at the moment and will have the next thread up in the afternoon. Thanks for the patience.
  20. Vote Tally Karen McMillan (Hinckley) - 3 votes (penalty, penalty, Darkdragon) Autumn Martin (fhomess) - 2 votes (penalty, penalty) Robrt Stewart (jackjonespaw) - 5 votes (fhomess, jimmynick, Hinckley, Trekkie99, Kristel) due time my terrible math, with 7 players, four are needed to lynch. The day has ended with Robert Stewart being munched. Please get those night actions in.
  21. Vote Tally Karen McMillan (Hinckley) - 3 votes (penalty, penalty, Darkdragon) Autumn Martin (fhomess) - 2 votes (penalty, penalty) Robrt Stewart (jackjonespaw) - 4 votes (fhomess, jimmynick, Hinckley, Trekkie99) There are around 24 hours left in the day.
  22. Voting is now open. There are 48 hours left in the day. Due to your host being an idiot and not reading his own damn rules, the three nonvoting players opening tallies are at 2 votes each, not 5. With 8 players, a majority of 5 is needed to lynch. If somehow more than one player reaches five votes, the player with the higher total is lynched. Vote Tally Karen McMillan (Hinckley) - 2 votes (penalty, penalty) Autumn Martin (fhomess) - 2 votes (penalty, penalty)
  23. Wow. Just wow. I'm optimistic this will bode well for LDD/Stud.io/digital programs, but I'm really worried for resellers. I mean, that's the whole point of BL, they can't get rid of that? MOCs and instructions selling might go away. This is really interesting.
