  1. OOC: No worries on the spell thing, makes sense. "Well drat!" Kleeck shouted as his spell failed. "Seems that I must train more to make that work." He shoots Ooozeling B from his position if possible.
  2. Kleeck shakes his weapon. "Does this thing work? No matter!" Instead, Kleeck casts Summon Spirit Ally from F4.
  3. I agree, it's making the system feel much more interactive and challenging while still being easy to work with. There's more coordination now, and I can see the grid working with line of sight mechanics.
  4. I feel like that's definitely a roleplay thing. War bots strategizing between each other is definitely a given, although in media (as recently as The Mandalorian), droids working with non robotic creatures to achieve an objective.
  5. Thanks! There were quite a few color changes though on the pieces.
  6. “Let me help with the Stoic. It seems with its artillery proficiency, it will not be boosted against my short range weapon.” kleeck attacks stoic from F4. He pulls out his weapon and levels it at the oozeling.
  7. @Mister Phes Hope these work!
  8. "Well, it seems we must find out." Kleeck made himself ready.
  9. Anyone have a problem with the background not matching when it's not white? The horizon line shows a straight difference of color, even if I've selected the same color for background and base.
  10. OOC: I'll take Summon Spirit Ally as my spell. "Wait, Yenala," Kleeck said, "are you believing oozelings could be related to the egg?"
  11. Thanks for the fun game! I've always enjoyed your games and this was no exception.
  12. I think comms should be in a case by case basis. Does the QM want to hand them out to players? Cool, they can chat like that. No? Cool, they play like H1.
  13. Kleeck joins Faejsa. "Lovely, it seems we are going to help. I assure we will mitigate damage as much as possible. Hopefully it won't come down to bashing the creatures, as that would be unfortunate."
  14. "See? There is no issue." Kleeck then bade the guards farewell before returning to Feajsa. "I think we might be able to be of assistance in handling oozelings. I'm sure they don't intend any harm." "Then are we settled?" His voice went higher than normal. "If so, we will all then be delighted with the outcome. You will have your cargo and no oozelings, and we will have the access we need to get where we need to go.
  15. "Well, ma'am, clearly these men have important guard duties to do and can't deviate from their route. That would bring unnecessary trouble from their commanders, could have their pay docked. From what it seems, the culture of the guards is very much of the orders are orders, and hurry up and wait, policies you would expect from a military or law enforcement organization. And it appears you have gone through the necessary channels, but perhaps they are stuffed up with other cases. If I may, may I inquire about the nature of your request? Perhaps there is something I can do, along with my friends, if we have time."
  16. Kleeck ducked his head through the tunnel. The first thing he did was sniff the air. "Curious. Cleaner than I expected." Seeing the humanoid figure surrounded by the guards, Kleeck walked up. "Hello there. I see there is a gathering of humanoids here, and I was wondering what is happening? You see, this is my first time in Harubo City, and I am hoping to expand my knowledge of galactic cultures."
  17. Of toys, my first love is LEGO, Playmobil second, but I just have no desire to see this movie. After reading the synopsis, it seems almost a beat-by-beat rehash of TLM. I saw a trailer on an industry site, but nothing else.
  18. "Perhaps some spectacles or paintings, will be there. Although I have serious doubts those are the items that will be sold at this auction." Kleeck then checked his bank account. "I do have 60 credits, so perhaps I can purchase the egg and we get this done before any blood is spilled."
  19. Oh I have 4.3.11 on both my computers I use LDD on, thankfully.
  20. But isn't 4.3.12 the latest? I do remember it missing a lot of pieces though compared to 4.3.11.
  21. I personally love things like this where you’re thrown into the world. Maybe you’ll get references and names, maybe you won’t. Maybe they’ll be explained later, maybe they won’t. But it helps with the world building and having the feel of something different than what we have. And everyone has been doing a great job so far with adding to the world building. The stats and system will come to people, but it’s definitely different.
  22. “Oh, I agree with you, my friend. They specifically may not care, but various organizations in different sectors may care about cloning.”
  23. "Oh you do?" Kleeck said, almost squealing in delight. "They are such astounding creatures, the Sabrithinii. And you should invest in security. Old Ones forbid there is a breakout of creatures in a park or lab." Kleeck then leaned forward, keen on the discussion. "On Yandral? The egg survived such extreme temperatures? That's one hardy creature." "As others have said, cloning could be a great way to jumpstart the species. Of course, there comes the ethical debates, and inbreeding debates. Many cultures actually despise cloning. The Fandian people actually have a word for clones, 'Githar," which coincidentally also means 'scum.' Fascinating, cultures and the variety of them are, no?" Kleeck then went back to the task at hand. "A Fangreak would surely stand out, as don't they mostly reside on their homeworld and nearby systems?"
  24. "Ah!" Kleeck exclaimed. "A reptilian and not avian. Fascinating. I wondered based off the name if it was related to the Sabrithinius class of flightless avians. Fascinating it's a reptile. Culturally, that is interesting as a delicacy. Now, I have some questions for you, good sir. Why was the egg in the hands of Jek in the facility being transported. Also, how did GLESP manage to gain possession of this rare egg? I understand your organization's mission, but am curious to know how you recieved it."
