Another WIP supercar
jorgeopesi replied to jorgeopesi's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I used one on my old Pagani Huayra, it is very big and 2 would be impossible to fit in, in fact I don´t need 2 L motors this is a car to see the functions it will weight too much to play with them unlesss you consider funny to park it again and again . I use the same system I used on my Huayra. (Pagani Huayra tread) http://www.eurobrick...67376&hl=huayra -

D3K's MOCs
jorgeopesi replied to D3K's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
2 RC motors can move very well a Lego F1 with only one I could move my large scale R8 very slow, Sariel with his Zonda of 4 RC motors made a great job. -
Nice MOC and even it has problems to think about, it will be an awesome truck.

Komatsu D575
jorgeopesi replied to jorgeopesi's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Technic is the style I like, the Model Team style not allow many functions in the small or medium scale MOCs. If someday I build a big tracked crane or a rope shovel or something with less features like loaders or dumpers maybe I will try to make them more realistic outside, but the fact is that what I like is the inside the outside bores me much . Thank you for comment again. -

Tracks working and a lot of changes, only 5 small motors this time and smaller than the old komatsu but I am tired... no more bulldozers until now. -

You are right, my first intention was only find a small swith, in fact I am using it with a normal 24th gear. -

If you don´t need the autovalve you can rotate the triangule liftarms making more compact the construction. -
Someone have seen something like that?, it works very very well and you can easy put a pump and be an autovalve. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNOyIDnYSKk&feature=youtu.be

Komatsu D575
jorgeopesi replied to jorgeopesi's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I don´t know how strong they can be, just I love tracked vehicles and I invented this. At the end of the video are the tracks I will put on the komatsu, they work better than the rubber ones, they are strong, flexible, you can make them so wide you need (snow vehicles for example) and even you can use yellow liftarms, I love them. -
