I only watched it once (and have no real intention to watch it again) so I couldn't give as strong an opinion, but I would watch the originals again. The special effects were excellent on the new one, but that's not exactly uncommon these days. I can handle a metal chicken laughably falling down the stairs, plus the end death made far more sense in the original.

I never thought ISC's vigs could actually be made without custom parts/decals. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=60682 This is one of the best things about the minifigs being green. Indeed! I was originally thinking 1 might be enough, but because they are green 2 sets is now the minimum. Thankfully there are 2 minifigs in the set, that makes it cheaper to get a bunch. Although we don't get a classic helmet, but none of my classic guys have those helmets any more.

The barrel isn't even brown... how is that wood? It's like those watchbands that have metal panels connected by elastic. I do spy yellow technic bits on the feet though. Hope there's more yellow elsewhere to offset it, I hate how those parts are only in a certain colour. (Yes I know why they do it)

Exactly, and this guy reportedly lifted over 6000 before being caught. Unlikely, he'd have to be the only one around or have accomplices. Usually if minifigs are missing from a set it's when the set was returned to where it was bought after being opened.

Yeah, how do you remove minifigs from sealed sets without it being obvious? You have to rip open multiple bags. So obvious that it's been tampered with.

What a great video. It's a real throwback to older scary mysterious sci-fi like Alien. So assuming that this is for the Exo-Suit, now I'm wondering what colour the minifig's suit will be. Probably not white. At least we can see that there's definitely the Classic torso and new* helmet + visor. It looks silly without a visor. Just put a visor on it. They know us all too well. * new... yeah it's from the 80s, but it's still "new"

A lot of sci-fi these days is "in the future, when we've nuked / megametropolised the planet" with space stations orbiting something, or robot police (TLM?!).

The typical story for us is that it won't be available anywhere but S@H for many months. I really doubt it will be anywhere by November if it's initial release is August. Another list. A few of these were similar to each other in ways. Rollerball - if he was too big for the game for 10 years, why didn't they blackmail him to throw games? Why did it take so long to want him out? Always funny watching a "futuristic" movie where people use rollerskates like that, and the "computers" haha. Mortal Instruments City of Bones - didn't sound like a kids movie, sorta looked like one, turned out to be a teen movie. Demon hunting and "which boy will I choose" (better than Twilight btw, she was useful for starters). Was okay, but I still don't really know which way it went at the end. The Game - Michael Douglas and the audience get taken for a ride. Pleased to say that it wasn't all predictable, I kept changing my mind about what was going on. But the "brother" looked more like a "son" to me. The Machine - thought it was just going to be Robocop or Terminator but it was different enough. Interesting effects. I, Frankenstein - gargoyles vs demons. Underworldish. Brings a bit of spirituality into it. Robocop (new one) - bit different to the originals, not sure how I feel about it. Samuel MoFo Jackson was annoying. Gary Oldman is a good guy again, I think he's better that way.

They all look really good together. Does the fighter have enough guns? That is one hardcore engine though! Interesting hobble the mech has there. Now you just need a vehicle or base for Denny & Jenny. Or Penny.

Nice use of colours and parts. I haven't been able to come up with anything yet that tastefully uses a whole stack of those separators, but some day maybe! You are not the only one! That song will be in my head all day.
