No. Too late. The sets releasing next year would already be set in stone. Releasing anything the following year would be too big a gap. Yours are laid out a bit nicer than mine, and the glass cabinets also make quite a difference! I notice that Elrond is at your Helm's Deep too...

A LEGO reality show... a good idea or a bad one?
Artanis I replied to XAxles's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Except that there are that many channels these days, and shows that don't need ratings to fill the time slots. Commercial advertisements aren't the only things backing TV shows any more. If you want a "prime time" show on a "prime" channel then yes, ratings, but otherwise not really. -

Translate confederate to Greek and back gives "accomplice/conniver/accessary"! -
I agree. This thread unfortunately spoiled the upcoming movie 9 months ago, too. No it doesn't. Maybe BOFA will, otherwise it's your latter assumption. The extra bits in EE: That's all I remember. Only 20 minutes added.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 13 Rumours and Discussion

I would like to point out that a lot of the set lists & so on that get leaked have been translated at some point, so we should expect a lot of flexibility with the names. That is not to say that I believe this list or not. Also, "soda jerk" is not something I have heard of before. I think they could. If not a better one, they could make it more generic or different. Army Men also come in tan, and the green that they use is usually closer to LEGO's Dark Green than regular green. I was thinking the same thing, a nicer green or tan would be the first change. -
Well, complex in a bad way. I've now made a smaller version that is more likely to be in a non-UCS set. Don't fret. Usually there are more entries in the last few days than the rest of the time. There's still more than a week to go. I only hope I'm not the 5th guy with the same entry!

Never heard of the very much canon Star Destroyer?

TLG is jealous that this project is a billion times better than the official sets?

I spent hours & hours working on something only to come to the conclusion that it was waaay too big & complex to be a set...* man this is hard, trying to come up with something that's recognisable, reasonably accurate but still appropriate for the constraints! * I will just have to post it as a moc and submit the lesser version for the contest!

Even lift, do you?

Most castles around the world don't have a roof! But then again they're 100s of years old and in disrepair... Perhaps yours is ahead of its time

I got 3 Attack of the Wargs sets. Bits of tree & rock, extra orcs & wargs. Not very cost effective unless you get a bargain, as I did. You end up with multiples of a few named characters and white wargs as a downside though. I am hoping to get my extra wargs to change colour in the sun to a more accurate tan-ish. The other set will give you more army building, but less useful parts.

But a bigger question is this: why does he have a belly button?

Up now. Finally get a look at the prices: $23, $60, $100, $190. What I anticipated for the most part. I expected 79015 to be 30-40, 79016 to be 60, 79017 to be 90-120 and 79018 to be 150-200. But I just noticed that free postage is once again available for $150+ orders. Add to that double VIP points and a free toy shop for $100+ orders and I'm beside myself. Ish. Conflicting information regarding minimum order for free postage... looks like it's $200 still -
So I went through checking each region and in the space of a few minutes it went from only available in Canada so far to available everywhere (I think). At last, I can finish off this year's collecting! Which country? Try again. They weren't showing for me 5 minutes ago but are now.

Yeah, an Iron Chef type show could be cool. -
It is ruining it a bit for me. They may as well just throw their guns at their opponents, they have just as much chance of hitting let alone killing them. It's especially weird after recently watching Legolas land every single shot he takes in LOTR... I was very happy to see some familiar faces in this episode.

Wow. Nice! Imagine if I did a survey every time I bought a set, surely I'd have won something by now. I gave up after a few.

The helmet also exists in other sets with a different print... Doesn't make sense from a combat perspective, get a good blunt object uppercut swing into the ribs and it's "goodbye chest". Like chiseling wood. Any hard impact would just tear the flesh open - it isn't hard skin like elephants etc. What is the life expectancy of an orc? 2 spars?

Star Wars must be on the minds of a few out there, today* I got 2 comics referencing it. XKCD And after Oky's "Jawa update" joke on the weekend: The Argyle Sweater *probably yesterday's, but you know, world time zones...

Too many natural colours, Hinck! Fabuland building colours should be so intrusive that everyone goes blind. Looks great, excellent detail! Are those pillars on the front (right of picture) supposed to not be stuck down all the way? Chima meets Juniors meets Friends meets City?

Phew I'm glad the vote tallies weren't shown... haha. Well done to everyone who had a go, and some of the entries were just amazing. It was fun. So now I can return the horse barding back to the horses! Well done & thanks also to Peter & Mark for the set and Bob & Mike for the contest & prizes. -
There must be more than 1 of this topic, I'm pretty sure I posted somewhere before about my first set. Interesting to see so many sets from before my time, and also so many from well after!

Castle 2013 got a really bad wrap from some, mostly from people who wanted more of the later Kingdoms sets & insignia or highly detailed stuff like LOTR. I have similar to you from this line, but a few more of some sets. I didn't get MMV, but I did buy the mill set (along with all of the other Kingdoms sets). I don't really appreciate it much. Perhaps if I also had the MMV it wouldn't feel so out of place. But, I don't care for the civillian side of it, I almost fall asleep when I walk past the City sets in shops. My advice is to ignore the mill unless you get the MMV. It's a nice set on its own, but in the context of Castle sets it really feels out of place without some company. It was $120 here, not worth it considering the new castle was $140. I didn't get the MMV because it was so expensive and non conflict-based. It looks great though, but I don't know if it's worth the now even more inflated prices. You decide on that. If you want a town or village it's good, but if you're happy to stick with castles and armies then give it a miss.
