It looks like the Battle Arenas are going to be big spaces, and while the table makes sense in-universe, it would only really be big enough to move in one direction (or be wildly inaccurate). Heh, maybe they'll take a page out of Smash Bros book? No items, Fox only, Harry Potter Dueling Table

Nah, he's the fastest man alive. When he was a child he saw his mother killed by something impossible. His father went to prison for her murder. Then an accident made him the impossible. To the outside world... I'm thinking that PB will be the character you have to rescue in the Adventure Time level. (I can't remember, they do have those in the Level Pack levels, right?) They can't ignore the current IPs in this wave, though. They have to introduce at least one new character for each IP for that world's Battle Arena!

The expressions on their faces are definitely going to change. This is just promotional art, her face will be more frontward-facing on the physical figure. Speaking of, how long do you think we'll have to wait before we see the official figure? Clearly she's not in the first wave, but we got a checklist of all the packs on a lot the first year's packaging?

Nope! Maybe they're saving a more...traditional...Raven for a set? The rest of the Titans have gotten legit representation, and she's one of the most popular.

From the pictures I'm finding, it wouldn't be the worst way to go, but I'd either go with the old jacket-and-turtleneck look or wait for the eventual Superman Mighty Micro to give us a Superman torso without the muscle print.

I highly doubt that. Scooby Doo is a lot more culturally relevant and has had a dozen different versions, which makes the classic one the clearest choice. PPG has had two, and one of them is currently airing and getting heavy marketing and merchandising. It's definitely the new Powerpuff Girls. Besides, if they were going to go classic on anything, I'd hope it would be Teen Titans. There's a much bigger difference between Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go than there is between the old and new Powerpuff Girls. Speaking of, I'm not crazy about the TTG minifigures. They remind me a lot of the Mighty Micros, honestly. I'm praying that, like the rest of the Titans, we'll be getting a more traditional version of Raven in a set soon. Definitely gonna have to get those Jokerland minifigs now, too.. I don't know about BvS, but I'm honestly really surprised that Indiana Jones hasn't made it yet. Maybe once that new movie gets going? Or maybe it's still caught in the dust of the Disney Infinity collapse, given it IS a Disney property now? I'd love to get a new crack at Indy, and he'd fit right into this lineup. Fantastic Beasts maybe? I think that's the right time period for that. I just noticed that in the trailer Finn has light blue hips? That doesn't match up with the figure, thank god, but there's a little error for ya

Clearly they'll be revisiting old IPs, we're getting Green Arrow and Supergirl, remember? That's more DC, and they wouldn't just do DC.

Just made the Female Furies! I gotchu, Silent Nomad! I don't have the new Superman hair yet or I'd do yours, too, Raptor of Vengeance.

I don't exactly see that as a problem. I mean, people clearly wanted those characters, and it's not like the original creators would get anything out of it had their project been approved. Besides, there aren't a whole lot of ways to make Finn and Jake look good in Lego.

I think it's safe to assume that the remaining Adventure Time pack will be a fun pack, and the Harry Potter one being either a fun pack or a level, meaning each one is only getting one more character. My bets are on Marceline and Ron, though I can't imagine them making the Harry Potter level one without Harry as our main character. Alright, I've let it sink in for a few minutes, and now something's really bugging me: why are Harry and Voldemort a team? No other hero in this game is teamed up with their villain? Why is Harry "My Supporting Cast Is Infinitely More Interesting Than I Am" Potter teamed up with his villain??? Oh, and what's all this about Battle Arenas in the pack descriptions?

Wow, so these story packs are cool! Adding a new build for the portal is really clever, and I hope we get at least one more of these announced! I can't imagine how much that'll cost, though... Adventure Time looks fantastic, but I'm really confused by the team pack being Jake and LSP, as opposed to Princess Bubblegum or Marceline, who would've made much more fitting playable characters. I love all the builds though, and I'm glad that they pulled right from the show instead of doing something stupid like Superman's rocket thingy. Harry Potter is gonna be fun, but I am begging them to get Ron and Hermione in there, too. Ron could even use the drone ability with his rat! Mission Impossible seems like a strange one to include, but the minifig parts will be nice if nothing else! Mr. T. Just...Mr. T. Thank you, Lego Jesus, for this incredible gift. I can't wait to see what else they show off tomorrow. Sonic, Teen Titans, Powerpuff Girls, any of it. Bring it on.

If the costume sticks around long enough, probably. It'll be awhile, though. DC's really gotta start pushing the new designs like they have with the New 52 before Lego will start using them.

I thought that head looked feminine. The torso is impressively wrong, in that case, though. I won't be keeping that one in one piece for long. Kinda bummed that we don't have our realio dealio villain in this set, though.

Those are all based on Spectacular Spider-Man, right? They're pretty great! Electro is an especially nice idea, with the yellow head and the mask that looks PERFECT for his containment suit! I might have to borrow a couple of these designs after I get my hands on those new Spidey sets!

"Criminals are a superstitious and cowardly lot." - Batman I'd say the same, for the most part. We've gotten characters as low as C-List in my opinion. It's interesting, though, how characters can raise through the ranks just because of how low they are, like Killer Moth. People only really seem to know about him because he's a low-list joke, like Polka Dot Man or Crazy Quilt.

I'm always down for more Doom Patrol! I've got an Elasti-Woman waiting on the shelf for the day when I can make a decent Robotman and get a wheelchair for the Chief! My Negative Man is on my Flickr in one of the earlier posts, but if you're going with the Teen Titans designs than you've already got it figured out as much as you ever will! Mento might be your hardest nut to crack, though. That helmet is just beyond weird..

I think it would be pretty fitting for this year's SDCC figure to be the new Wally West suit. He IS the harbinger of Rebirth, after all. But then, Knightmare Batman, Aquaman, and CW Supergirl all seem pretty plausible, too. How long do you think it'll be before we find out?

The superhero sets are the only new sets my Wal-Mart DOESN'T seem to have yet, though it looks like they just haven't put them on shelves. If amazingbricks has pictures from the Doctor Strange set, than it shouldn't be too long before someone...less trustworthy...gets a hold of them and shares, right? Something's gotta leak soon!

All those DC figs are just WAAAY too good. The Marvel ones are pretty great from what I know, but as someone who treats DC like a second language, those are absolutely brilliant.

Oh, wow, I didn't even notice how many points it had until you mentioned it! I'm not bothered by it, though. It's actually a bit more accurate that way.

Can we stop calling it 2.0? That's pretty misleading (and an honestly very scary thought! My wallet can't afford another $100 game!)

I would've preferred the last Scarecrow, the one from the Arkham Asylum set, but I couldn't afford that one. This one's a nice alternative, though.

How's Scorpion's tail? I'm not crazy about the way it just sticks up like that, but maybe it's better in person or moves or something?
