  1. I love that last set of photos, with the crew!
  2. Nice one I had wondered if there was a TV somewhere in the crowd, but the journalist will do!
  3. Is it possible to tell which parts were removed automatically? I have a recent project with hundreds of pieces, and used to get the warning message that just one was placed "incorrectly". To this day I have no idea what it was.
  4. Pretty good effort, with all the studs showing it really looks like a rough area. Strangely enough I think the yellow and blue for the house really works. Just add some gang members with weapons to hold up scared-looking people, and you'll have a good representation of Harlesden.
  5. Do any of the S3 figures have spare parts? Neither the tennis player nor the rapper had them.
  6. I just hope there'll be somewhere I can grab two boxes from by the time they land here (and that I'll have the money for it!).
  7. Funnily enough, two of my earlier requests in the missing minifigs thread were for a snowboarder and a geisha.
  8. Not sure if these ideas have already been suggested, but here goes: Gender: male Occupation: generic referee Headgear: tan male hairpiece Facial Expression: serious-looking, focused Color: black or white torso, black and white vertical stripes on the front and back Accessory: n/a Gender: male or female Occupation: rabbit costume Headgear: rounded rabbit ears Facial Expression: smiling or embarrassed Color: white, brown, tan or light grey Accessory: carrot Gender: female Occupation: domestic maid Headgear: black female hairpiece Facial Expression: smiling, as always Color: black torso with apron print, white/yellow arms, yellow legs with black shoes Accessory: feather duster Gender: female Occupation: belly dancer Headgear: female hairpiece with a translucent veil Facial Expression: a lot like the S3 hula girl, with more defined eyelashes Color: yellow torso, arms and legs, with a vivid colour for clothes Accessory: n/a
  9. I got the tennis player! The seller was kind enough to give an extra figure as well, which turned out to be the rapper.
  10. I think Kingdoms it is!
  11. I bought a random sealed figure from BrickLink earlier this week, and it's arrived today. Very happy with the outcome, although I haven't started the army yet.
  12. ... No. Another movie I really wish I could unsee is Basic Instinct 2, for reasons best not mentioned here. One movie I did effectively unsee was the more recent Death at a Funeral: the first movie I've ever walked out of at the cinema.
  13. I think I see my BrickLink order(s) on the conveyor belt. Very nice MOC, I would get this for myself.
  14. Excellent work with the set! As has been said, there's a lot of action a neat things to look at. The trees with snow on them: are they genuine Lego or custom-painted?
  15. I'm completely torn between between the two Lego advent calendars on offer. Normally I would go with City as my preferred theme, but the Castle/Kingdoms one has a few good and uncommon parts in it. Which would you recommend?
  16. Some movies that spring to mind... 2012 - what a waste of time and money: the kindest, least colourful thing I can say about that movie. X-Men and X-Men 2 - ruined by being way too cheesy. The Fourth Kind - also a waste of time and money. Just take a regular movie, add some random white noise and loud sounds, and you have the same film. Scary Movie 3 and 4, and all the other parody movies that followed. Mission Impossible 3 - the first two movies were great, but I absolutely can't stand it when someone tries to put action heroes/spies and committed relationships together.
  17. You guys actually got them first, they're out now.
  18. The Black Suit one is goood. I'll work with that one.
  19. Excellent work on this MOC! The handcuffs for bench legs were an ingenious touch!
  20. I would like to request a "secret service" suit torso decal - specifically for a black torso - if there isn't one already.
  21. Dude, you've outdone yourself! I see what you mean about the tiling, there sure are a lot of them! But it makes all the difference. Thankfully they're not tan tiles: I've spent a small fortune on them for my current project, and they really are expensive.
  22. Not bad for a 20-year hiatus!
  23. Excellent work on this MOC, especially with the roof!
