today rings the doorbell and my two 8069 from amazon arrived me. i was very surprised that they comes at Sunday. ok, building process is Easy, but the first of the two books contains an optical error. on book 1, page 5 step 6 sits an blue cross to round Bolt in the wrong position. first i had thought this is an new part there are four mLAs with the number 4612100, and four from the new part with the number 4610371. Sorry i dont know the correct description, but it is the part which is placed on the end of the boom of the new 8067 minicrane. the size of the Backhoes 8069 and 8455 is nearly the same. only the 8455 digging arm is longer. i think it is a good prize( 50€ at amazon and 40€ at the real Supermarket in Germany) for the 8069 Backhoe

Thanks, currently i have 7 motors in the uppercariage. 1 XL for the mainboom and 6 M for the cabin, the tracks, the rotating of the uppercarriage and the two functions of the Stick. the eight motor is directly on the actuators which moves the stick i could me not decide between this and this but the 8th function is sure for the rotating of these things

the mod goes slowly to a total conversion and yes, i need all Channels in the final model

a little bit fat and ugly and with a big stability bug i have made this on small trucks, and it is not solid. with every steering move it will go more loosely. i think this looks better and is more stable. the pivotpoint is not "in" the wheel. but in real trucks this is the same. there is only a problem: you must use a "round to cross" bush, what is a little bit wobbly, or you use a axle 3 with knob and cut the knob without cutting the stop . the second version is not acceptable for Hardcore lego fans, but i can live with it.

well, i have seriously thinked about to build your ultimate, but i dont have the Recheargable akku pack (i hope it comes this week) and the battery box need much space. one thing comes to the others and now is only the Hull a 8043

Thank you Jurgen for this information. I think it will fit good behind the Drivers Cab. In between I have pics from the Drivetrain for you. The last Picture shows the place for the different gear ratios. the Picture shows the ratio of the Vid in my last post. I think the next revision will have a faster Gear ratio to speeding up the gooseneck boom. The Stick LAs i will spend a XL to get a adequate Digging performance. Currently the Stick is massively underpowered.
