  1. Thanks guys Lightningtiger, yes a windscreen would be better, but with the angled corner this is in this scale not possible.
  2. no, even for fake motors was no space
  3. I have built a Offroad truck which follows the MAN X73 Tank Puller. LXF file Picture source x73 6 by efferman, on Flickr x73 7 by efferman, on Flickr I need this to make a heavy transport with my Caterpillar D11 City D11 final by efferman, on Flickr comments and critics are welcome
  4. Iam glad that it works good for you
  5. The prototype is designed to mount a L motor at the bottom and to use it as mounting point to the uppercarriage. one guy in my german homeforum has ordered it and will test it with a very heavy 4 section boom which cant be lifted with standard actuators. in relation to the success at this test i will think about a different mounting method when it is necessary.
  6. how large the bucket should be and which bucket should be the archetype?
  7. i think lipko is right, with the point that the most technic entrys are much to large to get a chance on cusoo/ideas. Maybe my Minifig D11 with 734 parts should be small enough, but would it get 10000 supporters?
  8. https://www.shapeways.com/model/1965101/high-tilt-bucket.html?li=user-profile&materialId=6 In relation to this, which has the same size like the volvo bucket, i guess more 90 to 100 euros
  9. The chance is existing, but it is extremely expensive.
  10. Yes, it uses a 12 tooth double bevel gear.
  11. a actuator case for the 13L Gearrack. to use as front shield actuator for example
  12. this problem is solved in the latest lxf
  13. I think i have a proper solution City D11 bricked ripper by efferman, on Flickr lxf file
  14. not sure if this bionicle part is a improvement City D11 11 by efferman, on Flickr
  15. ProLego, i have tried something brick built but the lower end wos not really like it should have. do you have a part number of this bionicle part?
  16. Zblj, there are several ripper types available for the D11. i have chosen the single one. Milan, i will think about it. the shield is 18 studs wide because it looks better and the old one doesnt cover the tilting cylinders. edit: milan, in this scale a brick built ripper is to fat
  17. and it is finished or do you have suggestions? btw, the shield is now 18 studs wide LXF file
  18. yes, but first the actuator has to work
  19. ok, if this works, we will have a XL linear actuator. 3 studs thick and a movement range of 18 studs. But actually there is no end stop at the open end of the actuator to save costs of printing. if the thread is working i will make a case which delivers the endstop. at the bottom end a PF L can placed direct to the holder
