  1. All those villains appear in the basic wave of sets (Of which there are 12), apart from Bane and Two Face. They could possibly be in D2C/Exclusives. Scarecrow doesn't look like that and has an alternate outfit. Catwoman has had a race change like Batgirl. Freeze is a figure inside that mech with a printed armour piece. Clayface has the 6 stud shooters in his arms. All the other figures look pretty much exactly like you see them there. After looking back, The Scuttler is the Batwing Delta described. It's the second highest priced set, and still probably my favourite set due the the uniqueness of it. In the CMF There will be a brown cowl... and a pink one. And yes, Catman. Sorry for being 'morally wrong' and only sharing what I'm comfortable with.
  2. The Boomerang is a tool often associated with the Indigenous peoples of Australia. It is traditionally used for hunting, though it is also used for entertainment and sport. Most Boomerangs when thrown will come back to their owner, although sometimes, however well crafted the Boomerang is, it may not return. Don't worry, Alice did say she would have company at the party. :)
  3. Hatter isn't at the tea party. :(
  4. "That's strange", said Alice. "I thought the Hatter would be here by now, he never misses his tea." As she approached the table she muttered to herself, "At least I will have company today. And we do have the best butter!" The asylum is absent, but a familiar face enters the fray. I fear however, you will not appreciate their attire! *zips it*
  5. Unfortunately, The animal factoid does not tie in with the set. It's just a seperate piece of rambling that may connect with other such wonderful facts. The advice on manners may though. :) Actually, I should probably grab a pencil to jot these down, but I don't know if I have anything to help correct any mistakes. :( I checked my two pencilcases. The first didn't have anything helpful. #sorrow :( , but the second did! #joy :)
  6. Blarr. Just have to say it. It hasn't been mentioned but there's a large set with possibly the most awesome bat vehicle design ever, It's called The Scuttler and It blows the batmobile out of the water and is possibly my new favourite Batvehicle ever. It comes with a number of figures so not sure on price point. I'll let your imaginations do the work, am trying to be purposely vague. ^^ On a side note, Did you know that although the female big cats tend to most of the hunting, ocassionally the male will get out and hunt the wild striped horses of the plains for himself. It also pays to not forget your manners when you're dead. PS: Does anyone else like Free Willy?
  7. Will happily confirm what whisper said, and it's definitely Lena Luthor and Steve Trevor, or at least 'Steve' :P WW has an awesome transparent motorbike too. ^^ Like...awesome.
  8. Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realise I was talking about Rotten Tomatoes. I don't really like RT for that reason anyway. It deals in absolutes, like a Sith.
  9. Looks fun enough. I'm not too hot on the colouring and all the crazy lighting, but maybe it'll grow on me. Totally agree, I love the simplicity of the standard figure design. It really doesn't need things like this and, as you say, takes away the LEGO feel. :(
  10. Thanks for that! I haven't seen it yet but going on Saturday and still looking forward to it. I too don't really understand the terrible reviews it's getting. They seem to praise the actors and a lot of the movie, then suddenly slam into the incoherent plot and how it isn't like the Avengers. Which to me, would sit about 50-60%, but they go lower. I honestly think people made up their minds about this movie a long time ago, purely based on the people working on it. When you see things like 'I'm not giving Affleck or Snyder my money', then you can kind of see it already. Also, the fact it took so long probably didn't help.
  11. Though I was hoping for Batbeard, I'm totally happy with that!
  12. A lot of them look very strange. I much prefer the original Buzz personally, and not sure why they put the alien in this. Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy all look like they would give me nightmares sat on my shelf... Ariel looks nice though, and being an Alice in Wonderland fan, I'll be picking her up and Cheshire! Will have to wait for better photos to judge accordingly though!
  13. Ohhh, the sarcasm is strong in you!
  14. Aww, that one sounds more likely based on the above description, but it's not nearly as fun! >< I wanted Batbeard. :(
  15. It may be based on this one I guess... He's actually one of my favourite 'bizarre' Batman variants and it would definitely be cool if we got him! I actually drew him in my massive LEGO Batman picture, *which I have heard is up on their wall*
  16. Sooo much pink. That is awesome.... The build itself is pretty darn majestic too! Great job! :) Love builds with lots of little details.
  17. Great review as usual! And another cat, Woo!
  18. Nada, nothing , nowt.

  19. Just thought I'd bump this as I finally completed my most ambitious picture yet and people always tell me I shouldn't hide it haha. Anywho, Batmen. Dark Knights and Caped Crusaders! On first page of thread too. Image is a link!
  20. The tail piece and hair could definitely work very well for Cheetah , even more so for Julie Catwoman as someone said before! Rest of that stuff looks pretty awesome though to be honest, and that headpiece is perfect for Harley. Also, stop calling her Cheetah. Cheetah's have spots. It's Cat-ism!
  21. For those speculating about why Hawkman instead of Hawkgirl, you can throw this into the potential reason mix aswell. Along with Flash, this month is his 75th anniversary. (Though they don't really seem to want to make too much of a fuss about him! And it's probably part of the reason we got another Flash so soon) Still love that cover!
  22. Fair enough. Then it is awesome! :p
  23. Great job and nice little bit of fun! Got all but Clark Kent for some reason. Completely blanked on him >< You are missing Killer Croc and Alfred though! And maybe you could count power suit Luthor as something different as he was attached to a game!
  24. This is pretty cool, though the immediate thing I thought about the costume is that it's nearly identical to his costume in 'Flashpoint', which is a very odd choice considering he's a villain there and does some very gruesome things. I don't know much about plastic man though so if someone could point me in the direction of another instance of this costume being used I'd be happy to see! :D Spoilered just in case its a little graphic for some!
