  1. Thanks! Remember to add a link to the post(s) next time!
  2. Using search function don't help you to find the part?
  3. @Instructions archiver The link for 6596 is wrong. Remember that images have to be cropped (you should remove horizontal blanc stripes from the last images you posted).
  4. Don't worry, I never thought about an offence. PS: I realized now that we are speaking about 4x4 dish, I was thinking it was a 6x6 dish!
  5. @Blip @Sjuip I only mean that the problem was known, so don't be surprised if it required extra work to fix again your set. But, obviously, the problem was there and it is annoying. That's the risk every time there is a huge update of the brick's palette.
  6. @ADHO15 Ok, you updated all 26 sets then. You have other 8 "Batman I" sets like this one, I imagine that these sets has not been updated.
  7. @ADHO15 How many sets do you updated? 18 sets? I see some of that was updated already to 4.3.6, or maybe even these sets has been updated using the new brickset? EDIT: little problem, set 30164 here don't results updated (the file is updated, but the update is not reported and the image is missing).
  8. @kamos The spoiler tag is a very good idea for page readability, but the images are loaded anyway with the page. As some of that images are oversized, could you resize that or convert that in text links?
  9. About bug for dish 3960, Superkalle warned you here.
  10. @Saberwing40k I'm not sure we can speak of "bugs" in the most of these situations. Pink: these pieces need to be make flexible. As only recently LDD introduced flexible parts, simply there are some of these that need to be "flexibilized". Red: similar problem: parts have to be completed allowing adjustment. If I'm not wrong, in some cases you can manually adjust that parts modifying coordinates of parts in the lxf file. Yellow: there are many parts that misses a decorable surface. A wrong decoration could be considered a bug, instead. Purple: maybe these parts will be introduced in sets that will be released soon. Orange: here seems to be some bug. Maybe someone is similar to the one described by Zblj in post #40?
  11. Maybe it is not the right choice: an update of the brickset could make baseplates more realistic adding the small dimples on the lower side. I suggest you to use large tiles.
  12. @Instructions archiver Ok, I'll handle the entry as an irregular one then. I hope you will regularize it soon. (don't forget to inform me when that will happen!) @ADHO15 It seems there is a problem with your brickshelf gallery (post #3002).
  13. @Instructions archiver I'm not sure I've understood... is it a new entry for the index? Even the lxf file is missing. If you regularize the post, remember to inform me and I'll add it to the database.
  14. Perfect, you simply have to ask, we will tell you what you need. At the moment we should: - define rules (we could start from the ones you posted above and work modifying that post) - create a new topic with an adequate title (such as "Lego Suggested Sets Alternatives made with LDD", or maybe something better) - reserve some posts for rules, index, etc... - ask some user that posted here to re-post their entries in the new topic
  15. Oh, you don't need to be an LDD superuser! You only need to dedicate a bit of your time on the forum to update the index and enforce the rules.
  16. It seems that natesroom abandoned the idea of creating an indexed topic for these entries. Any other volunteer?
  17. @SpiderSpaceman Dip into db.lif defile the LDD EULA. The point was discussed in the past, and you can find some information in the "Section Rules" pinned thread. Modify a single lxf file is a a different kettle of fish instead. If a decoration is already inside the db.lif, changing few text inside a lxfml file will make you able to show the decoration over a brick that supports decorations. That's what Aanchir is doing to make all decorations available for LDD users.
  18. After a long long day... here I am! As the discussion was becoming too long for the Official Sets topic, I moved the posts in a new thread. @omergalagever Very well, you have learned to use brickshelf! Non you simply have to follow the rules of the Official Sets topic to make a regular entry. Rules are written in the first post of the topic, if you read and follow that, you can't do wrong. Start looking for another regular entry, for example this one. Make here all the tries you need before posting in the Official Sets topic. Another little hint: you could find useful this guide to create good images for your sets. @PsyKater Thanks fot the support. Feel free to give your help here. And don't forget to avoid to quote images when you are in the Official Sets topic.
  19. Interesting. Is it possible to share the custom controller?
  20. Oh, so obvious! Five minutes of poor showing for me, as I didn't thought to a so simple solution! Thanks
  21. Simple... you can create a free Brickshelf account. The attachment function of the forum is not adequate to host entries, use it only if you have to quickly share some little file. Brickshelf is a free hosting service that allow you to upload and share both LEGO images and cad files. Once you upload the files on brickshelf you have to hotlink that here in the forum. Don't link the gallery because brickshelf is moderated and there could be necessary various days before a gallery becomes accessible.
  22. Hi omergalagever, welcome to Eurobricks and to the LEGO Digital section of the forum. This topic gather only LEGO official sets, so here is the wrong place for the "Up" grandpa. If it is fruit of your genius you can post it as a MOC in the proper section, then report your topic here to be indexed. The set 3723 is a good entry instead, but each set have to be posted following specific rules, as you can see taking a look at the entries posted by other users. You can read all the rules of this topic in the first page of this topic.
  23. Strange thing... I can't open the lxf file as a zip file. Is my corrupt or something has changed and I didn't realize that?
  24. I'm not sure I've understood why these entries cannot be inserted in the Official Sets topic. If the models are based on official instructions, we consider that official. Or in the official instructions appear only an image but not the steps?
  25. @thereallegocy You should refer to LEGO official parts, maybe inserting a link (from a LEGO catalogue site such as bricklink) of the desired decoration.
