Hey guys check my latest creation :)

Hello everyone, after few weeks of work I get a brilliant idea for creation, and so I started to build it in LDD. After 5 days of thinkink designing, drawing I created this Tower. It is quite similar to the Bell tower from actual BOFA movie, but I added few more things of my own and by using some of new (for me) techniques which I learnd from my previous LDD creation) I can present to you this MOC. I am so amazed by this, that finally I will turn it into the real bricks. It will be my biggest Lake Town add on which will be turned into the real creation. My previous ones are already done, but I want to finish a small Lake Town diorama so then I will present it in here after all will be done. Lonely Mountain and Battle of the five armies set are on the Top of my list! But now I have to prefer Uruk Hai Army set while it is on the shelevs at some shops, to enlarge my Uruks and Rohan (I have only 24 Uruk Hai and 6 Rohan soldiers along with 2 Eomers and 1 Theoden). Then those two sets from last wave and thats basicaly it if there wont be any more sets to produce. :( Next project of mine will be Ravenhill Tower, thanks to Anduin to share his creation now I have enough inspiration for my own creation :) I also miss those armored elves alonf´g with Dwarves and Orcs, but orcs could be replaced, my 17 Elven scouts can easily work as Mirkwood army, but Dwarves are man problem. Since we had only one Dain helmet in each set, its little bit pricey to obtain more of them from BL, and frankly I dont want to create dwarven Army from current dwarves form Fantasy Era or Gimli fig. :( Damn.

Orthanc is definitelly MUST have set :) You dont have to ask about it just take a look on some reviews :) Firstly I pick up only few sets, now I miss only 3 from LOTR line and 4 from Hobbit (including 2 sets from new wave.) I am really sad thought because I didnt get Mines of Moria set when I can, and now its price is almost double... :(

Finally Gandalf arrived to my Hobbiton ;) Cute little set which I dont want at first time but now since its already retired and only God lnows if there will be next Lotr sets someday I had to buy It. And it was actually good price (original retail) since now its almost double priced. ;)

I desperately miss that magnificent dwarvish phalanx in Lego ! And also I agree with Legofreak that Ravenhill could be a great set, and its totally missing along with Bolg, armoured Azog, Armoured orc, Alfrid Dwarf soldier and Elf soldier. It will be enough to put Uruk Hai armour to Mordor orc figure/gundabad orc figure and voila we have great army of Gundabad orc and orcs from Moria. Even though their helmet was slightly different.

Well I see no reason to keep it "alive".

Maybe its finally time to shut this thread down right? No need to discuss it :)

Where is Smaug? :)

:) I just wanna point to the fact, that Hobbit is a story about young Bilbo and his adventure. Main plot is that 13 Dwarves with their Leader Thorin wants to reclaim their homeland and defeat a big fire Dragon Smaug. I like added scenes from Dol Guldur and Rhudaur and conection with LOTR story line BUT! Excluding Beorn from the pot, and give Bilbo and Smaugonly second role, is just weird. Also Barrel escape scene and other nonsenses are just too much for me. Is it really necessary to do it that way ?I like inclusion of LEgolas in the movies, but his combat style is just weird and doesnt fit into Middle earth clima.

Acording to that it seems that PJ create his epic trilogy in his way regardless the book. Its about battle and conection with LOTr, nothing elsen other two parts now seems to be waste of time. Main villain Smaug is on the second track and main hero Bilbo in third ;) Only thing I dont understand why Tlg didnt include in those sets at least some armoured dwarves and elves with orcs as well. Speaking of Bolg... Its just ... I dont have words for this.

I am so excited than now we have figs to depict this scene :) BEWARE SPOILER ALERT ..oh wait! Galadriel wears Gandalf? There is something wrong right? Maybe Winter is comming :D

But those sails are from original.design of that set ;)

Is it possible to buy multiples of those helmets somewhere?

Yep my bad, I ment Dwalin :) Regarding to Nori - its just my personal opinion, nothing serious. :)

Nori is weirdest looking dwarf I have ever seen :) I dont like him much in his movie version. As minifig he is quite good, but still ..weird and he has quote psychopatic look in his face on that picture as well :). Balin hasnt his armour on a picture yet, I ve seen some "behind scenes" from the third movie and he was wearinfg a full plate armour (dark green and gold) almost as much heavy as Thorin has.

I am really excited form that swarf soldiers from Iron Hills and their shield formation.. Its just a split second but it feels really good. Shame that those dwarves are not in any of sets. At least there is Dain, and my army of Gimli minifigs :D BTW is there some TV commercial for new sets? Where? Is there some lin to them?

Little bit off topic, but Dain II Ironfoot is on the scene.. Saw latest Tv spot :) Curious thing that he doesnt posses a big red Axe but a BIG RED HAMMER

Pirate Ship Ambish set from near Lego factory.. only 65 bucks, so I am happy. After all those negative reviews and complains I can add some of my thoughts... Its nice looking ship, with great figs, and details. Love it :)

Guritz and Madril are useless figures...
