Thats intentional, because that mast should be colapsed ....

Hey thats very good, can you post pics or send them to me? :) Regarding those bley crates, I thought that they have some special purpouse, but from what I understand now they are there just because that axle hole...I am confused why Lego used those...:D

But those 2x2 round bricks has axle hole in the middle too right?

Can someone who already have this set tell if its neccesary to maintain those "crate/container piece" in dark bley in mast assambly or could it be replaced with for example black 2x2 round bricks instead? I think that those masts looks somehow weird with this colour scheme I would rather make them all black ... any thoughts?

My excitment from the set was brutally confronted with reality of what we actually get ... I will get that set because I kind alike it but as I said, I will heavilly mod it in order to make proper cabin and other interior and exterior detatails more in my way... Set seems to be all and all more display piece rather than playset... Still great minifigs and sharks... Maybe I wait for some resellers to get cheaper price..

That is what I was afraid of - no cabin. Its all kinda "technic" thing, but I like that overal look. From my side, I will buy it day 1 (or week 1) and for while I will keep it just in original way, but then I will heavily mod it to crerate accesible captain´s cabin, and proper entrance doors. And also I will change some colours to get more proper look (reddish brown / dark brown tiles on deck with some sand green, more dark brown on sides, black masts, double steering wheel etc.)... Also it will require to make it bigger (lenght and deep) for accesible doors and also I want to include lower deck (and maintain that ghostly look) to add real shooting cannons. Btw. Thanks Golden Ninja for finding review..I am looking forvard for designers video :)

Its VIP release only. I think they will male designers video (if they make it) 1) after VIP and before 1.4. or 2) after 1.4.

You can replace those parts with more proper coloured one..It would be nicer if they choose only dark brown/dark bley and gold + sand green colour scheme, BUT..it will be boring like that + some of those bright parts are just as filler bricks and they remain hidden inside model...

There should be "moving rudder"... its mentioned in official description. But I am not shure if its moveable by steering wheel or from elswhere.. Or maybe "moving rudder" m,eans that you can grab it and move with it :D

Actualy this site is general/main movie site in my country. They usually get proper info from official and direct sources. sometimes it happends that dated premiere is postponed or so, but so far they have POTC 6 listed on 2018. It could be changed though...

Actually POTC 6 movie si about to be released in 2018... So I bet that they at least star filming, or its alrady made and now it will be in post production...

If we ever going to get polybag with some exclusiv/special fig I would bet on 1) original version of cpt. Armando Salazar in white and grey uniform 2) some version of Jack Sparrow. For proper Will you will need special mould for hair/bandana and for Barbossa you need also mould for that wig.

Rather Will than Barbossa... but maybe it will be Salazar again... this upcoming movie could be two-part story...
