    It is fake, the box uses "10th year anniversary" logo which was used on Assembly square set. Also that "zebras" on pavement doesnt really fit previous modular fashion and the main bussines is really weird - why gas station? Doesnt make a sence...

    I guess I understand what you´re trying to say, but to be honest almost every modular so far is kinda unfinished...no bathrooms, no proper kitchen or other stufff. Every building has kinda flaw. Most compact is GBHQ but I dont like that boxy shape... Ninjago city has several buildings conected to each other, and for what it is it is executed better than any bulding before (except PR, AS).... But its matter of choice. I already have it and in my modular city layout it looks faboulous... :)

    Be patient :) There was so many big releases in short period of time , that it gives sence that Lego is waiting little bit longer...

    Come on, this new Shark mech seems to be superb...better than Zane´s Tank, Nya´s Water strider, or Lightning Jet, far more better than Garmadon´s Robo Hai,...its funny and looks like its a solide build with some cabn for figs, at least Garmaddon and Gunner,...

    Are there any new pictures or its just that one same pic? Cause acording to what I saw its nothing special, except figs, where I like that bearded guy and new shark army thug with octopus headgear in green (possibly sand green?).

    Perfect! I am from Prague and I must say that this is perfectly handled transformation into bricks... :) Do you have instructions or Lxf file? Can you share? :)

    Definitely Assembly Square, it offers three buldings, all packed with details, furniture and mini-builds such as piano, drumms, cash registers, camera, etc... This one tops alll other modulars so far. But I must admitt that Parisian Restaurant is lovely one, and it takes 2nd place :) GBHQ is NOT modular, and frankly, its not a good building at alll. Just huge box, with boring figs, and it has really badly executed openning, so ... I wouldnt buy it.. I have it, but after 1,5 year I decide to disassemble it and use those parts more visely... besides (and this is my personal opinion) I am not fan of this popular Lego licensed sets and I like more classic yellow headed figs...

    Actually it is not :) only similarity culd be seen with that corner "turet", but those are very common here in middle/western Europe

    I will be worried when this state of affairs will be same after november. They (TLG) jist unveiled Joker Manor D2C set so probably they will come up with other news after launch date of that set... But if they dont give us something after that .... Well ... :/

    I think that "uglyness" or "crapiness" is matter of perspective and subjective point of view... For me - I quite like that limo and I am glad that they´ve added. :)

    We dont know if its great temple or not yet...Anyway, Ninjago vehicles are to much out of scale (any scale)... 10 stud wide sports car? What is thart? You simply cannot use those sets in your city for example... All in all, there is no improvement except new pieces taken from TLNM.

    All of those sets are (not surprisingly) lame at best... I secretely hoped for better quality of new upcomming Ninjago sets after Ninjago movie showed us that it could be done much better, but this is pjust meh. Figureswill be probably goog, (some of them) but thats natural since they took advantage from TLNM new molds (such as capes, new sword etc.). Big vehicles, with even bigger wheels, spinners and recoloured swords and possibly other bricks including those new ones (fence for example)... But nothing really NEW to offer. TLNM have best sets from Ninjago series (with some little exceptions such as Temple of Airjitzu), I hope that after this small winter 2017/2018 wave there will be a third one with some builds form TLNM: Making of the movie Book...To bad that there wasnt those Vermilion(ish) bad guys from those concept arts... All in all, I ´ll get some figures from BL and possibly some interesting parts but thats all.

    Looks very nice, but to much "clean" if you gonna me :) I would imagine that this specific scene requires some mess, dead bodies, or skeletons, dirt, more demaged walls etc...

    Somehow the original spirit is gone... this doesnt fit as a modular to the modular street ...interesting idea but dont like it...

    There are no rumors except tha one about blue baseplate which is just rumour and doesent have to be tied with modular building...because it could be general reference that blue baseplates will return to lego offer after this quite long pause... But we shoudl get some "first proper" info in few days...

    I just finish building of Ninjago city set.. and put it ot my city as planned. Finally. And I must say, it is truly gorgeous set. Fantastic build, interesting details and techniques, perfect solution for many ideas and concepts... This is by far most complex set I ever seen/build/have... It work as stand alone (full city with enough inhabitants) as well as it works in modular city line. If I have to choose which set to keep this will be imediate answer. I am really glad that I have chance to have it (its hard to find here in Czech...) and price wise its just perfect bargain for almost 5 000 pcs. Note: interesting thing - this is D2C set from action and adventures lego theme - Ninjago where main story is about fight against something..but in this set, there is no single weapon (aside from Jays "nuchaks" and that shark army thug´s "fish thingy", but I didnt count them because they are brickbuilt). No katanas, sai, axe, or anything like that. Only one cleaver for Sushi master and thats it. I dont mind it its just interesting that even Lloyd´s sword isnt present. Only suit.

    Would be better if you create a new topic rather then mixing this one. This is about future modular buildings not about MOCs. Aside from that, its nice - your mod, but personally I like that water around city more.. :)

    How about Hospital? Could you imagine Hospital on 32x32 footprint? That would be riddiculously small... Or Museum or School campus ...
