Official Speed Racer Licensed Product in 2008

All I've seen is whats in the leaked scans. And that is just a logo. But the could be very interesting if it is to minifig scale. Could be very cool. Have to wait and see!!

Good point *yoda* , the only reason I can see anyone buying these is if they are minifig scale with awesome minifigs (unlikely given that its a Racer product) and have great designs (not that possible considering its Racer, wher the cars are tiny)

ah yes in my youthful enthusiasm i missed that it was paret of the "Racers" line. What a shame. There could have ben some cool crossover if it was minifig scale.

Surely they would have paid an aweful sum of $$$ for the license, and to risk it on the RACERS?...

Interesting !! Yep the MF Ferrari sets were effectively labelled as "Racers" ;-) Now it would be interesting to see the prices of these !! I would love MF sized sets because those retro race cars are really cool ;-)

I probably wouldn't buy much anyway, due to money problems, but if it is minifig scale then there might be some great minifigs and excellent cars!

Personally I think it is a bit of a desparate licence though.

That would be cool. I liked the idea of those sets and there are great uses for that track...
