    [MOC] Midi-Scale AT-AT Diorama

Discovering the Battle of Hoth on screen is one of those childhood moments I'll always remember. So my first ever walker MOC had to be the AT-AT from Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. And for such an iconic scene, making a diorama-style build was mandatory. At only 19cm (7,4") high, this Midi-Scale AT-AT consists of 924 pieces (1,317 in total with the diorama base & T-47), and is accurately Nanofig-scaled. It features a movable head and fully articulated legs, allowing many different poses. Working at such a compact scale, capturing fine surface detail and smooth, gapless angles for the body required a great deal of unique techniques. My main goal was to make the model feel deceivingly heavy and massive despite its small size, and of course achieve that prop / toy vibe I'm so fond of. The most challenging parts of the AT-AT were definitely the head and legs: the head for its subtle angles and challenging shape, and the legs for proportions, joints, feet, and very slight width differences as you go towards the bottom. Nanofigs (or trophy figs) scale perfectly to both the AT-AT and T-47, which also scale accurately to each other. The diorama base allows the AT-AT feet to be connected in various positions, and can accommodate two flying T-47s. This 358-piece base is optional and comes in a separate parts list, for builders who prefer displaying the model solely (picture 7 in the Flickr album). Parts list also include a string piece that can be easily added to reproduce the harpoon scene (picture 5 in the Flickr album). ► Instructions for the AT-AT are available at BrickVault. 2. NEW MODELS WILL APPEAR IN THE REPLIES TO THIS THREAD - consolidated in to one thread for when further models are added Models in this thread: SNOWSPEEDER REBEL TRANSPORT OUTRIDER TIE SHUTTLE A-WING (MOD) SUPER STAR DESTROYER (MOD) SENTINEL-CLASS IMPERIAL LANDING CRAFT IMPERIAL STAR DESTROYER SNOWSPEEDER Hello again everybody With the emergence of pictures of the 20th Anniversary Snowspeeder Polybag I realised that I had not published my own (and if I do say so myself superior! ) MINI Snowspeeder model! This little model has been lurking around for a while continually being tinkered with. It started off as the unreleased LEGO set 8029: However, as you will see from the pictures it has almost entirely been rebuilt. The wings are still attached using the hinge bricks but everything else has been stripped down and rebuilt. As new pieces have been released I have updated this little model. Gotta love Snowspeeders! Anyway I will let the little model speak for itself. Jon

    [MOC] Microscale Hoth Diorama

These days I designed a microscale snowspeeder. Now I did a small Hoth diorama because I like to see him in his natural habitat.
  4. Hello there in 2021! :) It is finally a nice white winter outside and to kick-off the New Year, please let me share with you something from the "vaults" - a LEGO mini-scale MOC of Luke's snowspeeder that I made some time ago, but newer shared properly here. Snowspeeder is one of my favorite Star Wars vehicles of all time and I have a very fond memories of receiving the first snowspeeder LEGO set for my birthday back in I guess 1999... I have seen so many great MOCs of this ship in different scales, including the mini-scale, so I hope the form and shape of this mini-scale rendition that I have done will resonate with you! http://Snowspeeder_MOC_microscale by Kristaps Ročāns, on Flickr

    [MOC] T-47 Snowspeeder

Hi everyone! I built this model earlier this year as part of one of my entries to the IDS-MOC Olympics but I never came around to post detailed shots of the Snowspeeder itself. Up until now! I tried to keep it as close to minifigure-scale as possible without loosing too much detail and the ability to fit two figures into the cockpit. I am quite happy with how it turned out but of course there is still room for improvement. If you have any suggestions on how to improve it, I'd love to hear your ideas in the comments! :)

  9. REVIEW - 75144 - SNOWSPEEDER INTRODUCTION The year is 2005. I am in a toy store looking for the Mindstorms set, unaware of the fact that the average toy store only sells the mainstream retail sets. I go home with a large Technic crane to fullfill my needs, basically ending my dark ages. At that time, the 10129 - Rebel Snowspeeder had been on the market for about 3 years (release date 2003), retailing for around 130 euro. After my dark ages, my passion for LEGO mainly focused on Technic, although I was (and still am) a big fan of Star Wars. To make a long story, I didn't get the Snowspeeder. I even skipped the 10179 - Millennium Falcon, although I'd rather not talk about that. Hopefully I can correct my worst LEGO decision later this year. In the meantime I have been able to correct my Snowspeeder mistake. For me the Snowspeeder (or T-47 Airspeeder) is one of the iconic Star Wars vehicles, together with the beforementioned Millennium Falcon, AT-AT, X-Wing and Tie Fighter. Lots of other cool and well known vehicles can be added to that list, but these probably end up in the Star Wars Top-5. We haven't seen an official UCS AT-AT yet, but the X-Wing and Tie Fighter both have a very cool UCS model. For now, we will be focussing on the 75144 Snowspeeder. Lots of Snowspeeder models have been released over the year, but we're talking UCS here! PICTURES Pictures can be clicked to view hi-res versions. More pictures can be found in my Flickr album. DISCLAIMER This set has been provided by TLG. It's not my goal to promote this set. It's my goal to give you an honest opinion about it. Therefore, the opinion in this review is my own and is in no way linked to TLG. SET INFORMATION Number: 75144 Title: Snowspeeder Theme: Star Wars Released: 2017 Part Count: 1703 Box Weight: 2529 gr Box Dimensions: 57,5 cm x 37,5 cm x 8,0 Set Price (MSRP): £169.99 / $199.99 / €199,99 Price per Part: £0.100 / $0.117 / €0,117 Links: Brickset, Bricklink THE BOX The box is the same size as the box for the Tie Fighter and Slave 1, which seems logical, since these sets share more or less the same part count. The front of the box shows the Snowspeeder in actions, with some AT-AT's in the background. This is reminiscent of the iconic battle scene on the planet Hoth. The front of the box also shows a top-down view of the model. Looking at both images, I am really anxious to start building. BACKSIDE The backside is filled with lots of smaller images, showing all the functions. Apparently, the Snowspeeder has a lot of functionality. Hopefully this will result in some playability. SIDE One of the sides shows the dimensions of the finished model. It will be 30cm wide and 40 cm long, so it will more or less cover two A4 (or Letter) sheets. Unlike the previous UCS Snowspeeder, this set comes with two minifigures, designated Rebel Snowspeeder Pilot and Rebel Snowspeeder Gunner. CONTENTS OF THE BOX After turning over the box, you will find this heap of bags and parts. 1 x Bound book 1 x Sticker sheet 13 x Numbered bag 1 x Black tile 1 x Grey plate SEALED BOOK AND STICKER SHEET STICKER SHEET BOUND BOOK BAGS The box contains 13 bags, numbered from 1 to 13. This means each bag represents a separate step during the build. PLATE AND TILE The tile (16x8) for the UCS plaque and a light bluish grey plate (16x8) are provided loose in the box. HIGHLIGHTED PARTS This section describes the unique and/or highlighted parts. Other than that, this set doesn't contain a lot of special or new parts. WINDSHIELD Like the 10240 - Red Five X-Wing Starfighter, this model introduces a new unique Windshield part. PART LIST Here's the complete part list, consisting of 1703 parts. MINIFIGURES This set contains two minifigures, designated Rebel Snowspeeder Pilot and Rebel Snowspeeder Gunner. Each of the minifigs has two different faces, a grin and a somewhat scared face. Both torsos are identical. The only difference between the minifigs is the type of helmet. THE BUILD The build consists of 13 steps, corresponding to the 13 numbered bags. But before the build commences, there are several pages with lots of cool content about the design process. STEP 1: REAR COCKPIT SECTION The build starts with the rear section of the cockpit and fuselage, using the parts below. The end result of step 1 is shown in the image below. As usual with UCS models there is some color vomit comprising the innards of the model, although it seems to be less vomit than other UCS models. STEP 2: FRONT COCKPIT SECTION Next you will build the front section of the cockpit and fuselage. This is where the front and rear section team up. The hinge in the middle is where the front landing gear is connected. Although "landing gear" is a bit exaggerated. When the front and rear are connected, the cockpit and fuselage are taking shape. This is how the bottom of the fuselage looks. STEP 3: COMPLETING THE FUSELAGE In this step more parts will be added to the fuselage. Upon completion of this step, the cockpit with control panels is almost finished. The front of the cockpit contains two 2x1 slopes and a 2x2 slope. The 2x2 slope, like the ones in the rear, are printed, while the 2x1 slopes are using stickers. You'd expect a UCS model to have printed 2x1 slopes as well. In the rear you can see an axle protruding the fuselage. It's connected to the Hinge Cylinder in the back of the cockpit. This is the mechanism for the gunner to operate the rear mounted gun. STEP 4: COCKPIT INTERIOR AND NOSE You can already see some of the orange parts, used to build the nose of the vehicle. Here's the finished cockpit, where you can clearly see the slopes with and without stickers. The finished fuselage with cockpit and interior. Two seats, one facing forward and one facing rearward, for the pilot and gunner respectively. The front wing is attached to the fuselage using two ball joints. The little side wings need to be positioned when both main wings are finished. At the rear of the cockpit you can see the controls for the rear (harpoon) gun, consisting of a steer and a screen with aim assist. The video below shows the controls for the rear gun in action. STEP 5: UCS STAND Mostly black parts. This can only mean one thing. Yup, it's the stand commonly used for UCS models. STEP 6: BOTTOM WINGS AND AIR BRAKES The paper container is packing two elastic bands. The two bottom wings are attached with hinges, but they are kept in place using elastic bands. I am not a big fan of these bands. They tend to turn brittle after a couple of years. The flaps on the backside are used to manoeuvre the vehicle. STEP 7: RIGHT WING A collection of plates used to build the right wing. The complete wing is pretty big and it has a sturdy feel to it. STEP 8: RIGHT WING LASER AND ENGINE I Parts for building part of the laser and engine. At the rear you can already see the mechanism to operate the air brakes. STEP 9: RIGHT WING LASER AND ENGINE II These parts are used to finish the laser cannons and air brakes. Here you can see the complete right wing. It sure does look cool. The wing is attached using the hinges on the fuselage. STEP 10, 11 AND 12: LEFT WING The next three steps (10, 11 and 12) are (mirrored) duplicates of steps 7, 8 and 9. Except for the 4x2 slope, the left wing is an exact copy of the right wing. Attaching the left wing to the vehicle can be a bit tricky. You need to firmly grip the speeder to be able to attach the wing. This can result in some parts coming loose. When you do succeed, you will see an almost finished model. The video below shows how to operate the air brakes. STEP 13: CANOPY, GUN AND FINS These are the remaining parts to finish the model. They are used to build the Canopy, rear mounted gun and the heat radiator fins. From wookieepedia: Hoth's extreme cold temperatures were too severe for these craft; the power generators would lock up since they ran hot, requiring a large bank of heat radiator fins for essential cooling. Rebel technicians modified the T-47 airspeeder by insulating each radiator fin with side panels to decrease the heat exchange in order to better suit the new environment. The canopy is decorated with several stickers. Although, we obviously would love to see a printed canopy, I find this solution much more elegant than the one used for the X-wing. The rear mounted gun is operated from the cockpit. The canopy can be opened to reveal the interior of the cockpit. The sides of the canopy are made of two large windshields, also found in the Mini. COMPLETED MODEL After several hours of enjoyable building time the model is completed. I absolutely love the looks on this model. Granted, I am a pretty big fan of the T47 Airspeeder. Lots of stickers are used, which is always a point of debate. I'd rather see printed parts on UCS models, even if that means the price will increase. I simply adds value to the model. Here's the completed model placed on its stand. REAR The rear of the vehicle, showing the characteristic cooling fins. The vehicle also looks stunning when seen from the rear. FRONT Two big laser blaster cannons and the peculiar setup of the wings, give this vehicle its distinctive look. SIDE One of the Minifigs is left in the dark. I guess he needs to accept the fact that he is playing the second fiddle. BOTTOM The bottom view where you can clearly see the ice skating minifig accessories. I like this detail, but they tend to fall of easily. And a video: ADDITIONAL Here are some additional pictures for your enjoyment. FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS The Snowspeeder is part of the Ultimate Collector's Series, which mean that it's mostly a display model. This model does however pack a few functions. Canopy opens up, revealing the cockpit Rear set has controls to operate the rear mounted (harpoon) gun Turn laser cannon to operate the air brakes Manually adjustable flaps Manually operated front landing gear B-MODEL There's no B-model for this set, which is in line with the other UCS sets. SUMMARY So, what do I think of this model? Obviously, this version will be compared to the old UCS version and people will ask whether this version is better. I don't think it's really fair to compare both models, given the number of years in between. LEGO has evolved since the previous version, so yeah, this model looks better. Whether it's actually better...I don't know. And to be honest, I don't really care. What I do care about, is that this is a fantastic set! After the Hoth playset of last year, it was time for TLG to release a proper UCS set. This Snowspeeder definitely fits that bill. The build is enjoyable, even though it is somewhat repetitive. After all, three of the 13 steps are duplicates. This didn't botter me at all. If I had to mention something negative, it would be the rubber bands holding the lower part of the wings in place. Oh, and it includes two blaster pistols! PROS Awesome looking iconic model Several functions New canopy part Includes two blaster pistols CONS Attachments (wings etc) are a bit flimsy Elastic bands SCORE How do I rate this set? 9 DESIGN Stunning. 8 BUILDING EXPERIENCE Enjoyable build, although the bottom is somewhat flimsy. 7 FEATURES Acceptable for a UCS display model. 7 PLAYABILITY UCS sets hardly provide any playability, but this set still has some functions. 7 PARTS Contains a wide variety of (mostly) common parts. 9 VALUE FOR MONEY Must have for every fan. 7,8 WORTHY SUCCESSOR FINAL WORDS Below is the official designer video published by TLG.

    [Model MOC] T-47 Airspeeder (Snowspeeder)

Greetings to all, Finally, after the course of almost 3 months of designing in LDD, I have finished my original creation of the beloved T-47 Airspeeder—but what we all know and commonly refer to as Snowspeeder, from the epic battle of Hoth featured in "Empire Strikes Back." Prior to building this airspeeder, I loved The Empire and everything concerning it, yet I despised the Rebels and everything about them. Well recently before the snowspeeder, I have been building a minifigure-scale AT-AT walker and numerous things related drew on me—especially the snowspeeder. I began to find the snowspeeder quite fascinating, and the idea to have one accompany my walker. Now the rest was made history in the course of about 3 months. Proceeding to photos Upon the level of detail, yet on a small scale, one would consider this a scaled down version of the 10129 UCS Snowspeeder model for minifigures. Like so it would be appropriate to design a display stand, for a "in flight" position. The bottom is nothing less of a swooshy-esque Now proceeding to various details of the ship: Here is the inside of the cockpit Unlike others, I decided to forgo a detailed interior. My priorities were to design the body with structural integrity, and readily accessibility for placing and displacing minifigures—even to having them sit on tiles instead of plates, because we all know how frustrating it is to pull minifigures off of studs by their headgear. Besides the smooth uniform slope of the repulsor units or either the laser housing, one of the most unique details are the grille detail on the repulsor units. Prior to designing, I have not seen this detail properly represented, but with exception to Lego's UCS Snowspeeder. I am appreciative I was able to achieve this because they look absolutely attractive. As well of something that is other times overlooked is the barrel diameter for the lasers. I believe any were to make their original T-47, the barrel diameter for the lasers should be according to. There is simply nothing else better than the use of technic pins for this aspect of the aircraft. As you have notice, besides the new Speed Champions windscreen, I have implemented Larry Lars' nose design into my work. I originally used the decorated wedge brick used on Lego's former Snowspeeder products, but later on in the design it work as desired. But what I always find remarkable about the plated nose is how readily easy it was to implement without sacrificing any details on the wings. Also I used Lars' most recent heat sink design, yet I made changes to it for implementation into my snowspeeder. Not only that, I as well replace that hinge plate he used for the plug detail on his with a modified tile with clip—for added accuracy of detail. Thrusters. What I believe is also critical to be represented, is the smooth, uniform, transition from the end of the wings to the boarder of the canopy. Simply the way this aspect must be, but mission accomplish here. Onwards to the structure of the build: The minifigures Luke & Dak True, Luke & Dak did not operate a snowspeeder with orange markings, but who ever cared about this with the original snowspeeder back in 1999 and its reboot in 2003? Unique 20 facts about this: I have fidelity for details and for them to be accurately represented as possible in my models Yes, I am perhaps a model maker, yet I aim to utilize Lego in unprecedented ways to incarnate the quintessence of that which I am modeling after I have only implement Lars' design for the nose and heat sink the rest of this model genuinely original The model is quite modular—can be separated in three pieces: body and wings The body is structurally sound—comprised of mostly plates which are overly interlocked to each other It would take such a crash to obliterate the body This model consist of 486 Lego elements The dimensions of the model from the wides and longest points (excluding the laser tips) are 20 x 23 studs Only three parts are unproperly connected according to Lego's system There is no black elements featured in the model (excluding the display stand) The heat sink and the grille pattern of the repulsor units are featured in old dark grey—a stylistic preference to highlight these aspects of the model in a respect to have being weathered down by heat The thrusters uses a dark grey antenna—a rare color unreleased before The harpoon gun was redesigned 7 times before settling on the current version (which makes 8) Despite some elements in older colors, the oldest part is the sunroof set for the canopy The display stand consist of 30 Lego elements While displayed, the snowspeeder is locked fixed onto the stand by the four fingers clutching the rib-esque section underneath While attached the snowspeeder will not wobble and could even be handled upside down (though that is not recommended) Placed on horizontal surfaces, the display would not topple unless intended force is applied There is 176 white elements, 151 light blueish gray elements, and 136 dark blueish gray elements A LDD file is available and is free as for now *FILES REMOVED*

    [MOD/MOC] Incom T-47 Snowspeeder

Hi! This is an old MOC of mine - strictly speaking a MOD of Larry Lars' excellent snowspeeder model, which I urge you all to take a look at. He has provided instructions, and they are a masterclass in advanced SNOT techniques. I put the LXF file on Brickshelf in July. I notice that someone else on this forum has picked up on it: so rather than clutter up another topic, I thought this might be a good time to take some photos and do a full post. As I said: most of this is lifted straight from Larry Lars' design. However, I was never completely satisfied with the accuracy of Larry's MOC. The changes I made were: The sides slope all the way up to the canopy: The heatsink/grille at the back is angled slightly: The engines exhausts are positioned closer to the centre-line of the ship: The underside is as accurate as I could make it. One of these days I might SNOT it, but for now: The LXF is very similar to the physical model, but four pieces at the back would not attach, no matter what I did: To aid anyone who wants to build this model, here is a photo of one of the missing parts in place, with the top of the housing removed so you can see how it fits: More photos are available in my flickr set. EDIT: Brickshelf keeps on disappearing, so I've put the files in my dropbox folder: White: LXF XML Grey: LXF XML Thanks for looking!
  17. I'm finally ready to introduce a new, originally-designed speeder to you straight from the classic trilogy: --Rebel Troop Carrier-- Based on the speeder used by the Rebel Alliance at Echo Base on Hoth, this speeder isn't the most recognizable among Star Wars fans, but as a vehicle from the films, as well as being featured as a design element on the Hoth maps of Star Wars: Battlefront, it is still a valuable icon of our appreciation. To date, LEGO has only released one version of this speeder. Included as a supplement in their newest hoth set, 75098, it wasn't my favorite. To me, little-to-no detail was put into the build, as it was a very simple build and, surprisingly, much smaller than I'd previously hoped it be. Needless to say, I took it upon myself to create a much more, highly-detailed rendition of the speeder. Using namely the photos of the speeder from The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Battlefront, as well as inspiration from other LEGO customs designers, I think this speeder turned out great. The scale is perfect for this build. It includes spaces for 4 rebel troops and a driver, as well as 5 spots for easy blaster housing. The front of the model is a very sturdy assembly which houses the different lights seen on the original speeder. It's also built at an angle, just like the real thing. The most challenging aspect of this model was the rear side, as there is a LOT of detail to consider. In the end, I was able to synchronize detail and functionality/playability together, rather than have detail be the "sacrificial lamb: for functinality's sake. The center end opens up so there is more access from the rear side of the speeder for troop entrance. MOCpages Comments welcome. God bless.

    [BL] Gold 1 - Rebel Snowspeeder 10129

Good evening, when bricklinking the rebel snowspeeder in 2016 you come across with ridiculous part prices for the canopy and the orange parts. I finished it a few weeks ago white - old gray - old dark gray - yellow and a mild colour mix with light bluish gray especially for the technic pin connectors. Different to TLG Model is also a 360degree display stand which allows to show it different angles and different angles of inclination For the canopy i used light-blue glasses all over, yesterday i ordered some different trans black parts for the front. From what i see the best substitution for the windshield is part: 72475 Windscreen 3 x 4 x 4 Inverted this is imho the only canopy in form and dimension which would and be a good substitute. But what about the roof hinge, so far i use a white one, it could be decorated with "trans-black tiles 1x2" or and this is what i decided, i use 2x tile hinge part: 30350c Tile, Modified 2 x 3 with 2 Clips in trans-black colour I´m open for any recommendations.

    [Review] 75049 Snowspeeder

Before starting to review this set, some warning. I’m quite a newbie in the Star Wars Lego universe – just started end of last year. All the sets that I buy are the first ones of their own. That means that I don’t possess any previous old version of them. Thus I can’t compare the set I’m reviewing to the previous ones.

I just bought the new Snowspeeder 75049 on internet. And I’m really happy about it. That’s a set I was looking for all these last months, and what I found was way too expensive. I like Lego, I like Star Wars, I love the Snowspeeder, but I’m not gonna pay a fortune for it.

So when I saw that it was back again, I knew that I needed to buy it.

Pieces: 278
 Minifigs: 3
 Price I paid: 149pln (that’s about 36€ – 48$) – I saw it in a specialized toys shop at 229pln

 1) The box I find the box quite big, bigger than my 2 previous « small » set – A-Wing and Jedi Starfighter. I think that they could cut it by 1/3. Would be great. On the back you can see all the features and play functions of this set – the harpoon, the cockpit and the new missiles. I will write a bit more about these missiles later.

 2) The instructions

What I like on this instructions manual, is the last page, with the inventory of the minifigs of the new sets (I presume).

Some are very tempting. But buying a set just for them. Not for me.

 3) The minifigs Luke, Dak and a Snowtrooper.

I don’t like this kind of skirt on the Snowtrooper. I’m even thinking of removing it. But I love his backpack.

I didn’t have Dak before, and he just looks like any rebel in his pilot gear. Has 2 faces.

Luke is new. Of the 3 Luke I have, this is certainly the best one.

Just one thing, when the heads have 2 faces, I don’t like to see that tiny part of the print below the helmet. You can see what I mean on the picture above.
 4) The building There are 3 bags, with small bags inside them as well.

The first one is for the canon and the cockpit. There second one is for the one wing. The third one is for the other wing. There is one mini fig in each bag.

Great fun building it. Just under 1 hour – the time for my baby son to take his afternoon nap. As usual, I build the set as I’m told in the instruction manual, and then I realize that there is some stuff that I don’t like or that there are some flaws. I really don’t like the new spring-loaded shooters, as for my previous set – the Jedi Starfighter – I removed them. I don’t like the sound of the spring when they are not loaded, and I think it’s kinda dangerous. I don’t want to misfire when I play close to my baby son. And for the harpoon, I removed the cable. I think that this system is not compatible with the snowspeeder. It’s such a primitive way to handle the cable. I didn’t take pictures of my transformation. Just the set as it should be once built. Something that bother me as well is that with the minifigs are inside the cockpit, and we close it, they have to lay down a little. Not such an easy way to fly the ship.
The sticker didn’t bother me even if sometimes it’s not that easy to place them perfectly.

I think that it’s a really good looking snow speeder. But I already loved it before buying it. I love it since the movie.

 5) The ratings

Figs: 9/10 – Nicely detailed, good enough for me. But I’m not a hard die fan of minifigs. I like them, and I can be happy with a simple one.
Building/Design: 8/10 – Beside the spring-loaded shooters that I hate and the cable for the harpoon, the rest is great.
Price: 8/10 BUT – I would have never bought this set full price. I found it in an internet shops with 30% off because it was their Star Wars week. I saw it in a shop at 229pln. Normal retail price is about 195pln – that’s 62$/48€. Horribly expensive. (it’s for that I try to buy the big sets when they are on sale or when people sell them – brand new – on our national eBay).
Overrall: 8/10 – the spring-loaded shooters bother me a lot. As for the cable. Such a prehistoric solution. Hope my english wasn’t too bad ;)

More pictures >>> https://www.flickr.com/photos/114035403@N02/sets/72157649391483317/ This modified T-47 has both laser cannons moved to the starboard side, which are fed by a large battery on the port-side weapons hardpoint. It has been fitted with an acceptable shield generator, and is well faster than the rebel "Snowspeeder" variants due to its use of light alloys and smaller airframe. The thrust nozzles have been bolstered with blast cones for extra maneuverability at high altitudes, and the exhaust grate shows signs of fouling. Slightly slower than the aformentioned T-47 "Snowspeeders" used at the battle of Hoth, this T-47 has an extended airframe, and twin-linked overcharged E-Web blasters on the weapons hardpoints, as well as a weak shield generator. Same as the last, he thrust nozzles have been bolstered with blast cones for extra maneuverability at high altitudes, and the exhaust grate shows signs of fouling.
