cant help you with the hairpiece, as i couldnt find a fitting one myself (going for non-purist loki hairpiece dyed/sprayed red and the tip of the horns cut off might work) really like your choice of the head - i thought maybe red skull would also work. as far as the right hand goes im planning to use the cmf boxer glove http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=bb524

i think your right for the most part. i didnt buy the arctic batman set, because i think the white suit looks crap - but i really have to disagree concerning pinguins duckmobile. it reminds me of the one from the tim burton's batman and i think its hillarious to have it in the set (just needs some wheels now). the bigger sets however have only big vehicles that i dislike, maybe except for the steamroller. on the other side (marvel) i had hopes for more than one x-men set. it is kinda disappointing to get another magneto (or maybe yet another wolverine?). i might be a little biased there, cause i dont have a clue about guardians of the galaxy (yet?).

totally agree that it should be jedi to balance good and bad =) obiwan would be my guess aswell. but if they do someone from the dark side my guesses would be count dooku or palpatine. i have no clue about the old republic though =)

as she says in the video "i tried it with the eyes filled in white ... i added this little symbol on the front ... and on the back" she almost admits, that she just took someone elses work and altered it a little. its kinda cocky to say "i think i can do better" after stealing basicly the whole design though she never really claimed to have done the whole work - maybe she did in the comments but she was "smart" enough to delete them. she really should apologize to you and feel ashamed. i dont follow any lego-youtube channels - i sometimes just check some reviews (which are think are mostly horribly made) but i wont click any videos of brick"queen" in the future.

this is exactly what i did according to the woman answering the phone it seams there is already a big run on the deloreans - just to stay save i had one put aside for me. will pick mine up tomorrow then im defintly trying to mod it for the sloped hood and maybe make the whole car 1 stud wider according to the woman in the legoshop and shop@home the price in germany is 39,99 € - which is ok for me

it said 18th july in the german shopcalendar (guess the calendar for englad said the same) - intentionally i wanted to visit the nearest legostore today, but im waiting on confirmation that the set is out today. would be kinda bummer to travel 100km only to find out, the set is not available yet.

the spaceships dont have the same scale but are designed to have the same size im still wondering if the rebel trooper will have boromirs face (as shown on the front-box) or have a full beared (as shown in the detail view of the calendar)

recently i had two incidents of cracking lego (just by being attached to something/built up) one was the crab from the 2011 altantis set (claw just snapped while being attached to a the "baited hook" of the cmf dwarve fishing rod) the other was a light bluish gray headlight brick that evolved a crack in one of the sidepieces.

i want to see someone mod the new gunship to have an 8x6 opening cause i really love all those nosearts =) (though i guess i could be complicated because of the steady slope-bricks on the top and teh arch right behind the area)

the figures make it a mustbuy again just ordered the 6x4 hoodpiece so i can modify it right away

i had it on my wanted list after they announced the production. but the fact that they have destroyed the clean look of the project car and that there maybe wont any minifugres scare me off now. the windshield looks kinda more angeld now but also to narrow. they should have stuck with the original cuuso design. as i can tell by the pictures the front is 2 studs narrower (4 1x1clear tiles and only 2 1x1 cheese slopes) which makes the whole care way to bulky imho. whats the point in the whole cuuso idea, when u dont get anything new in the set? (not 100% sure about the parts in the back of the car) i guess i could built it with my own parts and with the help bricklink in the right colors. edit: v_V yeah you are right its only 1 stud narrower - but the bumper looks stupid with one 2x1 cheese and one 1x1

nice review - i got the set already though one of my golden rings stuck to a brown round stud aswell it looks like you didnt get a brick seperator either, i guess they are not in the europe version of this set? ( i dont care much about not getting one, but i was kinda puzzled when i looked at the pictures on shop@home after getting the set)

max looks pretty cute with his big nose =) im torn between getting either jabbas palace or the sail barge =/ i already have the desert skiff and i really want something bigger to go with it. maybe there will be another slave 1 next year? then getting the palace might be the better option. found this, maybe it helps =)
