  1. Yet another one stealing and selling my designs! SO pissed off!!! I have no problem with someone building one of my desigs for personal use, but selling them is out of the question!
  2. I use BlueBrick software.
  3. Had a similiar case, though the guy wasn't rude at all, but he would not understand. I solved it by giving hima reallt exorbitant value for the MOC (something like 5K for a modular MOC). When he saw he couldnt afford it, he desisted.
  4. That's a nice build! Congrats!
  5. I woul choose 4564, basically gor the variaty of cars (flatbed, box car and hopper). 4563 has two flatbeds and no hopper.
  6. Many thaks for all your comments! Gald you noticed it. I really try to emulate that simple style of the '80s which is the LEGO I knew as a child... :)
  7. That's a"purist way" to see things! Jajajajajaja. Great idea to use vinyl tape!
  8. I've integrated quite a los of Castle and Prates into my city. You can check it out at : http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=107070&hl=
  9. As far as I know, the Metroliner was the last regular train to get additional carriages. I don't think of the Santa Fe as a regular train.
  10. Nope, just kept it with a single motor and it still runs quite smoothly. :)
  11. I totaly agree! It's a pitty that LEGO doesn't include them any more... and, in this case, it's hard to add them, as there are no trans black glasses for those!
  12. Many thanks to all for your kind comments! Jajajajajajaja!!! No, not at all! I'm South American... yet, there's an explanation for it. As I child, I always saw the Crusader or Lion Knights as British (maybe for the association to Richard Lion Heart) and the Black Falcons as Germans (mainly for the eagle). Besides that, I needed the city to be in a germanic country, basically because of the story I wanted to tell and the architecture of both official sets and of my MOCs. That's why I decidd to give it a german name. It could have been danish, or norse, but I really don't speak a single word of those two languages, but I do understand just a little bit of german. :)
  13. I don't have them!!!
  14. Thanks Trainmaster!!! Follow it... I'll be updating it as regularly as I can! :)
  15. Hi dear friends! I want to present you one of my latests MOCs. Despite de hate ofsome to the one piece nose of the last City Passanger train, I must say I really love it. I've owned several other passanger trains and have decided to keep this as hte High Speed Train for my layout. Yet, as in all LEGO trains, Ifound it to be a little "short", so I decided to build a couple of additional cars for it. My first intention was to build a Club Car, taking as reference the one released for the Metroliner (4547 - http://brickset.com/...4547-1/Club-Car ) and an additional car as the one that came with the set. But, destininy had it's own intetions.... The Bricklink seller made an error when sending my order and, instead of a 24 studs base, he sent a 28 studs one! Since I live in Argentina, and getting pieces here is really a mess, I decided my best option was to try to extend de car whith the pieces I had available in my collection, rather that waiting for the correct base to arrive. No more words on these, so staright to the images. Hope you like them! Club Car: Extended Car: And lastly, a couple of videos of the full train running! <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube....ed/fiNkw9kMqOQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube....ed/vOB8uYfuMkk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> P.S: I would also like to invite you to follow the topic of my city layout. It has plenty of train stuff in it, so you might be interested ( http://www.eurobrick...opic=107070&hl= )! Cheers to all, and as always, comments are appreciated!

  17. If I ever have the space to build hte layout I'm designing (you can find info about it here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=107070&hl= ), I think I'll try to replicate LEGO's artbox approach. That is: using bricks, traditional railway model techniques and printed play mats. A great example of this is the artbox of the Medieval Market Village.
  18. Many of them I had to model in LeoCad and then generate them!
  19. The layout was created using Bluebrick.
  20. Many thanks to all for your kind comments! It's an ambitious layout and though almost all is planned and designed, it'll take tame to get the pieces, build and photograph!
