  1. Great build and very "alive" scene, well done! I don't know why, but my favourite part is the graveyard.
  2. Now this sounds promising - tell me more! *takes notes*
  3. ATTENTION CITIZENS! We from the WTC take pride in our honest and hounorable trade practices, and wish only to bring peace and prosperity to all ports of the Brick Seas. There have been lots of rumours lately, concerning activitis of the WTC in Fatu Hiva, intermingled with misinformation and downright lies. Most of those "news" came from the recent Kings Port Advertiser, obviously far fallen from its glory days in a long lost past. We can but speculate what has led to the downfall of this once proud bringer of information to a spreader of fabrication and falsehood - but alas, maybe their days in troubled Kings Port are difficult enough already. Surviving among the brutal oppression of the vile Oleon occupation must be a challenge indeed. Who knows, maybe the original writers are already among the victims of Oleons brutal terror regime? We hear from dozens dead every day, human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... Anyway! We from the WTC can assure you that nothing irregular has happened in or around the settlement of Fatu Hiva these days. While we can neither confirm nor deny the presence of a sizable WTC fleet in its harbour - out of respect for the safety and privacy of our reputable trade captains of course - even if such a thing was true it would mean no harm to anybody. As everybody knows, the WTC is a royal trade company, and dead minifigs make for bad customers. So you see, the WTC could not possibly be involved in anything even remotely resembling an act of war, and any reports of the contrary are thus patently untrue. Or at least taken out of context. Not that we would ever do anthing like it. As a statement of fact:
  4. Is it the WTCs fault Oleon cannon crews don't know how to handle their stuff? We'd prefer a proper fight, but nooo!
  5. I take this as a positive sign for upcoming Pirates sets, similar to what @Roebuck said.
  6. Brilliant write-up as always, thank you so much for the hard work! Small correction though: it is @Mesabis Red Queen in Quinnsville. The WTC Checkered Past is in another location. Also, both @Brickwolf and @Fraunces should have a look here (check the spoiler for the details). Please let me know (PM me) if you want to take your chance according to those rules. If I get no word, I will assume your ship(s) docked uptown - i.e. nothing happens.
  7. Hooray! Now the long wait for the next issue begins...
  8. Once more many thanks for the hard work behind the scenes. It is lots to do, and not much in visible results. It is appreciated anyway!
  9. I envy the amount and variety of grey slope pieces you have, excellent rock work. Great exploration build, best of luck for what it yields! Explosives are the best.
  10. Lovely littel build, and once again great writing - I actually lol'd!
  11. Excellent stuff, loving it!
  12. Lovely little pub! It has a lot of character despite its small size. As @Ayrlego mentioned already, the minifig posing is ace. Well done! For the Crown!
  13. So there is more than one mad doctor with the Sea Rats now?
  14. Two thirds done, we're going strong. Great work eveybody! Next up are @Khorne and @pombe.
  15. Looking forward to @CapOnBOBS entry for the 15th and @Bodi for the 16th!
  16. It's halftime, and going well so far. Thank you everybody so far! Thanky for doing it this way - better early than late.
  17. If you can, I would be grateful if you posted today for the 10th. So @KotZ would be up for the 12th instead. My emergency build is there, but I'll be busy over the evening and rather not make it more busy.
  18. Looking good so far. Where is @KotZ' entry for the 10th (i.e. today)?
  19. Kind of the same here. Life is stressful, and over the holidays it will get worse. So take all the time needed!
  20. A really lovely build, that curved wall is done nicely.
  21. Awesome, thank you! That's all days accounted for then, excellent! Yes, ideally before the 9th starts in your timezone. Since the post for the 8th is already up, you could also post your entry now already - maybe just edit the post you did this question in.
  22. Going great so far, thank you everybody! With @Faladrin on the 14th, only the 11th remains to be filled. If nothing goes wrong, I could do it with the one "emergency entry" I have built so far. I'd rather keep it for one such emergency though - so one last volunteer?
  23. Aww, I strongly disagree! Are we going to see the original build later on? Maybe as one of the still open days? Over to @Mesabi for the 4th.
