I have just recently got back after being away for a week and I just wanted to know if I have missed any new information or anything?

I was watching the cartoon Avengers show this morning, and the sponsor by Lego came on. Amazingly it showed of a minifig dressed as Star-Lord albeit the helmet did not have the front on. I think that is the other variant

It was just a regular fig dressed as Star-Lord, no sets, just a look at the helmet with no visor

Picked up Doc Ock Truck Heist during a shopping trip in the States on Friday. Doc Ock is great and I like the armoured truck, but as many have already noted, the wheels are too large for their spaces. Modifying it to roll smoothly was easy as pie, but I wonder why the designer didn't catch that flaw.

Oh, and I passed on Spider-Trike vs Electro, despite my desire for an Electro minifigure. I knew my girlfriend wouldn't understand my purchasing such a crappy set.

I just ordered the Steamroller and Batmobile online, and the Martian Manhunter was automatically included. Am I guaranteed one? Also, it seems on the Order Description, it only lists the Steamroller, should I contact Lego?

The canopy on the Batmobile reminds me of a specific iteration. I may try to MOC it.

Care to let us know which one? I'm getting a similar feeling, although my knowledge of Batmobiles isn't quite the strongest.

It looks like the Canopy for the Batmobile in Morrison's original Batman and Robin run.

It's strange how seeing a part in new colors unlocks their MOC-ing potential.

I have the same part in black, and just couldn't see it as a Batmobile canopy.
