WesternOutlaw Posted November 20, 2010 Thanks for resizing your images K100M. I really like the color palette that you chose. The yellow railing compliments the blue nicely, and the splash of red looks nice. Interesting design - sort of a "cab forward" diesel locomotive. I really like the front end assembly. You did a nice job on the light - is that a custom decal? Well derserving of some front-page attention! just one question what was this all about, I mean it wasn't edited? It means that I replaced his initial oversized images with links. He had later resized them, which is appreciated.
buddy Posted November 20, 2010 Excellent MOC, k100m! It looks very realistic and accurate. I too like the colours you have used, the yellow compliments the blue well. Quick question, what type of hose have you used to connect onto the ends of the minifig hands? Very well done. ~buddy~
Plastic Nurak Posted November 20, 2010 I like the nice use of the minifig cups . Very good model.
k100m Posted November 20, 2010 Thanks for good responses. It is the first my work on a theme a train so to me your responses are very pleasant. You did a nice job on the light - is that a custom decal? No, it is a standard detail Quick question, what type of hose have you used to connect onto the ends of the minifig hands? The long hand-rail is made of two yellow 'bar' and tubules for a cocktail If I have correctly understood your question
buddy Posted November 20, 2010 If I have correctly understood your question I meant the pieces of hose with the hole down the middle, that support the handrail vertically. ~buddy~

scruffulous Posted November 20, 2010 This is great. The overall shaping, the details on the sides of the trucks, the shaping of the cab windows, and the end plates are all very nice.

peterab Posted November 24, 2010 This is a very nice engine. The colours work very well together. I particularly like the blue hose over the cheese slopes, that works very well.
