BlueBard Posted June 8, 2009 As this is not properly a decal request I post as a new topic. Please Admins. feel free to change it to the decal request topic if necessary. Now for the request, I'm preparing a City display and I would want to give to each vehicle a proper number-plate like the new City sets bring as stickers. The problem is that I cannot find good shots or scans from these original number-plates (I would want to start from the official model) and mine are already sticked in vehicles and I don't want to remove it for not damaging it So, could anybody scan official stickers with number-plates for me? Thanks!

LuxorV Posted June 9, 2009 Well, I think in this particular case we can keep this a separate topic, since it can bring a bit more discussion on the matter at hand than the Decal Request Topic can handle. Good luck with your town display, btw LuxorV
Dutch Posted June 9, 2009 (edited) With great Sadness I can not do your request as I have spent hours on it and have not succeed in making them and this is the first time I have said these words" I can not compete your request" . Never mind go to the 8th post to see decals Edited June 10, 2009 by clone killer

BlueBard Posted June 9, 2009 I mean this kind of number-plate sticker: I'm already trying to do some but they don't look great... If a proper decal maker could try it for me after all it would be very helpful

Shadows Posted June 10, 2009 I'm already trying to do some but they don't look great... If a proper decal maker could try it for me after all it would be very helpful I've never been particularly proper, but here's a sample result using my EB initials and membership number (such ego! ). It's a basic arial font, stretched vertically to fill the space. The grey border is just to show where the sticker ends. You could fill the corner white areas with any other colour to apply this to different colour tiles. And a template, so you just need to do the font work and you can have an endless supply of them. Between these and Clone killer's, you've got a few to try. Let us know how it works out!

Peppermint_M Posted June 10, 2009 If all else fails, Exo-Force code plates all have different numbers so you could get a few of those to use as number plates.
SlyOwl Posted June 10, 2009 There's always the "HC 514" Adventurers number plate -
BlueBard Posted June 10, 2009 (edited) They look great, and ready to be printed and sticked in my vehicles Thanks to the decal makers again There's always the "HC 514" Adventurers number plate - I know, the problem it's that I already used it and two cars with the same plate would be a bit confusing for Police Edited June 10, 2009 by BlueBard
