Wait, this doesn't make sense. Alexsandr doesn't fit with any of the other clues. Are you saying you aren't, in fact, Agent Kallus?

Let me try my hand at a few of my favorites:

A real marksman, who prefers firearms to crowbars,

With the rest of the family he often spars,

For what happened to him, Joker holds the blame,

If Amell's Queen wore maroon, he might share his name.

Similar to a certain devil, though she prefers to wear black,

trained by one of the bat's enemies for her form of attack,

She's never showed up in films, though she's more than able,

at one point, taking bruce's familial situation as her label.

A child of the 90s, if in form not in function,

righteousness guides his violent compunctions,

Sometimes an enemy of the batman, sometimes a friend,

upon his blade criminals shall meet their end.

The first one is red hood, I think

Both correct. The third one shouldn't be much harder than the second. (Also, to clarify, I have no idea whether these are coming or not. Just figured I'd make that abundantly clear before these figures suddenly become "confirmed" on instagram)

I was gonna say Damian, but then again I'm not too certain xD.

Was Damian created in the 90s? If so, it definately could be either, so I'll make this a little more specific:

Took some investigation, but Azrael?

Ah no 1987, a little bit off.

Is he that obscure? I feel like he was just discussed in the thread.

But yeah, that's him.

i don't actually think Cassandra or Jean-Paul are going to show up (both probably too obscure, and lego gets spooked easily enough with anything religion-related that I doubt we'll see Azreal)

Up until this moment I literally thought he was made in like 2010.

(Update: some quick googling shows he first showed up in '87, but didn't really do anything until 2007ish where he became the new robin? Which I suppose makes sense.)

I'm not as familiar with DC as I probably should be. I know more Flash characters than Batman (apart from generally knowing those Batman characters that have shown up in film or LEGO representations)

Just created a new thread for the riddle games in the culture & multimedia forum for the sake of staying on track with LEGO stuff here (as much as we ever do): DC Comics Riddles Thread - Culture & Multimedia - Eurobricks Forums

In any case, very interested to see what the Batcave looks like this summer.

No not really I think, I'm just mostly familiar with the Azrael from the Arkham games so it didn't really cross my mind.

Red Hood

Cassandra Cain/Orphan (who actually has been in a film, but we don’t talk about that one)

Azrael

Well, I wasn't expecting to see so many riddles here.

Now all we need is for someone with actual knowledge of the set to contribute.

I have little confidence that will actually happen, but it'd be neat.

She has?

....oh. Huh. That is... wow. That is Cassandra in name only, huh?

Think you might have the wrong thread. The spiderverse films are marvel.

Is he different in the arkham games? I've seen his design, but I don't believe I've played Arkham knight.

He'd better be there or we'll have a fit

Waiting for some news, can someone explain to me what a dinosaur is doing in the batcave?

It’s a robot dinosaur from Dinosaur Island, kept as a trophy. It’s also programmed to attack on command - most notably the Talons when they infiltrated the cave, and has been inhabited by a variant Batman’s psyche.

Comics, man. :laugh_hard:

I‘m torn between wanting the Batcave to be movie- or comic-based. The latter has a lot more minifig potential, but I vastly prefer movie-related sets :shrug_oh_well:

I've always felt that DC Comics sets have more potential than movie sets (as opposed to Marvel), at least how Lego has handled the theme.  I hope the Batcave is comics, more creative freedom and -potentially- more available characters.  Hoping lego doesn't play us some bad joke

And I'm still waiting for classic Bane bigfig.  which won't be in this set but I say it anyway so if lego read my comment maybe it will satisfy me :-P

Sometimes the best stories are the most outlandish ones. There were some great moments in Dark Knights: Death Metal. Batmansaurus Rex, Castle Bat and Batmobeast were mental, but the the paths of Sgt Rock, Jonah Hex and Detective Chimp were really,  really good. Another nuts one is DCesased, particularly Unkillables.

Uh, you're forgetting the best robin. Jarro is Batman's favorite son.

Jarro showed a new layer of Batman's character, and nuance to the starfish. Loved it.
