m00se Posted November 16, 2020 The way the gondolas catch on to the cable and releases from the cable is absolutely fantastic! Could you share some detailed pictures of these parts?
juggleman Posted November 16, 2020 THANK YOU for your replies! There are 9 videos in my YouTube channel, which describe the development of the whole project and show more detail. Further pictrues can be found here: http://www.juggle.cz/LEGO.asp#26 and also on Pierre's flicker: https://www.flickr.com/photos/152543541@N04/ Does it show what you wanted to see? Should I post another picture?

Jurss Posted November 17, 2020 Impressively technical. As electrical engineer, I think I will use that pillar design to create some overhead line model.

braker23 Posted November 18, 2020 Now that's a major project, how many hours did you put into it? I love the way it works, its a an awesome GBC, great job!
juggleman Posted November 18, 2020 Thank you everybody for your compliments. I really appreciate it. I started the project on August 16 and finished this Sunday (14 November). Almost every weekend I gave it 12 hours of work. And almost every day in the evening I gave it in the average 3 hours. So know you can count it somebody :) Wish I could show to everybody in person, but I am afraid this won't be possible. I am willing to help anybody of you, if you decide to construct it yourselves. Have a wonderful time and thank you once again!

Templar Posted September 12, 2021 Looks brilliant, and very smooth. I have been working on something similar with two snags; maybe the same as yours? First the clamp for the gondolas to grip and release the cable and second the join in the cable (to make a loop) which is inevitably thicker / stiffer than the rest of the cable. Any suggestions on solving those two?
