I didn’t expect to see that trash monster! But I think that minifigures is fun and cute to collect. If Tahu and Lloyd are true for Series 29, then we have yet to see 9 more minifigures.

I think it makes sense why Lloyd is mistaken for mysterious ronin? Bioncile cosplayer sound very cool.  Unicorn elf? I assume that elf will have a unicorn foal as I predicted. 

I wonder if Cute Witch might include a raven mold?

Monster hunter sounds cool. Tuba is interesting, hoping that means a new mould - we are so under represented on non string instruments!

1. Another soccer player after getting the referee a few years ago and the upcoming soccer sets feels a little redundant... Wouldn't be surprised if the minifig was made just to make the new ball mold for the soccer sets. Can see other people liking it, pass for me.

2. Maine Biologist sounds similar to the Diver with the turtle as well... Hopefully this one is more lab coat scientist-looking. Hopefully we get two clownfish with the figure, though.

3. New instrument? Nice! Will probably get one.

4. Assuming that this is the "unicorn elf" whose minifig leaked - I like her! Not a huge fan of the gold hair color, but overall looks good. Getting a unicorn with here will be a great bonus!

5. Monster Hunter... I assume that is some Van Helsing-looking figure? I might also guess a girl, or it could overlap too much with the Highwayman. Glad I called reusing the D&D dragon piece! On my wishlist.

6. I hope the "Robot T-Rex" is an actual molded robot like the old ones and not a costume. Molded I'll get, costume I'll skip.

7. Chocolatier could go either way... I'll need to see it to judge.

8. Boba cup costume? Lame! Easy pass.

9. Not really a Bonkle guy myself, but I feel like I ought to get one. Feels like one of those "classic" things like the brick costumes that might not hurt to get.

10. So, the "Mysterious ronin" is Lloyd? If he just looks liek Lloyd, I'll pass. If he brings something new to the table, I might consider it.

11. "Standard witch" doesn't sounds hugely promising after two great witches from the D&D Series and Build a Minifig. I'll wiat for photos.

12. Already seen him - I'll probably get one.

 

Overall, sounds pretty solid! If two minifigs have already leaked, I wouldn't be surprised if we soon saw the rest.

Sounds like a really weird list:

1. Soccer goalkeeper - Pass, just not into Soccer.
2. Marine biologist - Curious how this one will look and if it'll fit into themes like Lego City Divers, apparently includes a 'Nemo fish' so should be neat.
3. Tuba player - Fabuland was the last time Lego did a Tuba and the scale was naturally too large. I doubt this is a reference to Fabuland but it's still neat to get a Tuba piece. Not my sort of thing, but neat.
4. Unicorn elf - The name is a bit misleading as we've seen this one, it's an Elf with a Unicorn horn necklace. I feel it works well enough to fit with most fantasy style sets, potentially as a guardian of the forest style character. Not needed for my collection though.
5. Monster hunter - Interested to see how this looks, could fit along with themes like Monster Fighters.
6. Robot t-Rex - Sounds awesome, if it uses the molds of the Series 24 T-Rex Costume figure I'll probably get it.
7. Chocolate tier (Willy wonker) - They already have the ideas Willy Wonker set out at the moment, so this is kinda redundant?
8. Boba cup fan - Apparently this one is a Boba Cup costume, so expecting it to look kinda like the Ice Cream figure or Rocket Ship style.
9. Bionicle cosplayer - Excitement is diminished a bit as it depends how evident it is that it's a person cosplaying, are we going to get really awesome printing on the torso but having a zipper on it because it's a costume? Too much potential for the human element of this to weaken the potential as a Bionicle figure. The leaker described the figure as 'dope' so hopefully it'll look great.
10. Mysterious ronin - Apparently this is just Lloyd, so it's weird that the Bionicle figure is a cosplay while this is the actual character. Depends how he looks.
11. Cute witch - Apparently this is a standard Witch, so probably will fit with the more goofy Halloween sets they did.
12. Trash monster - We've seen this one, doesn't really fit with the more serious spooky monsters but could probably fit with Scooby Doo as a goofy monster.

Must admit a lot of my interest has diminished with this line-up; Robot T-Rex, Bionicle Cosplay, Lloyd, Monster Hunter and Marine Biologists are the only ones that interest me as of the moment. Really hope they haven't baited us with a Bionicle Tahu minifigure only for it to look obviously like a human wearing a costume.

If Lloyd is a Myserious Ronin minifigure, I don’t think “Ronin” is a right word. Lloyd is a ninja and ronin means a masterless samurai.

About half of these sound like purchases for me, which is more than I usually pick up so pretty excited for this series.

Marine Biologist with a new fish mold is exciting. I would love for them to be in a blue button up and red beanie as a tribute to Jacque Cousteau.

Unicorn Elf looks good. I like the use of the Wonder Woman tiara piece, though slightly disappointed isn't using a piece that has elf ears.

Monster Hunter could go in a couple directions. Wonder if it'll be the more modern-ish vibe of the Monster Fighter theme or a more fantasy look like Geralt or Diablo's Demon Hunter. Hoping for the later

Robot T-Rex I assume is probably a costume but could be cool if it's a Grimlock/Mecha Godzilla esque figure instead.

Tahu being a cosplayer makes me apprehensive. I really hope it looks decent enough as a stand in for Tahu and isn't super obvious as being a costume.

Even though I'm not a Ninjago fan, I hope the Lloyd figure has good parts. Though calling him a Ronin makes me hope we get another printed samurai chest piece.

Super long shot, but a few years back a canceled Vidiyo witch hat/hair piece was leaked that had opalescent trans blue hair and a black/purple hat that I would love to see on the Cute Witch

I think the DnD dragon is a chocolate colored piece in with the Chocolatier not the Monster Hunter.  The leak said the dragon is with the Chocolatier.

The elves torso looks really great, but I am not sure I like that they used pearl gold for the hair.
