Rear tire 49.5x22 on black is new

A filler maybe 1x2x6 on black is new

56904 wheel 30x14 on metallic gold is new

That offset liftarm to create the front windscreen may be useful, but I would like to use a few rude words about that price.

18+ because the price is now premium. Every decoration is a sticker, the truck rims look hideous and the colourful pins and axles stand out like sore thumbs. They didn't even bother to put at least some half bushes on the axle ends sticking out on the wheels. Sorry, but this scale doesn't work for LEGO Technic at all.

What a disappointment for such an iconic car and even more if Milan is behind it, as I'm sure he pitched this model.

Then the only 18+ feature is now a price (I am looking at you, 42215). No way at this scale is a display model, it is a playset with pumped price.

What kind of quality control is this?! Never saw half beams look this bad before. Those visible gaping holes on the triangular panels are really ugly as well.


And why not simply recolor these new rims that would have matched 1000 times better? And where are the Good Year prints on the wheels if they dared to put "Race Car" in the product name.

Well, in finland this is priced at ridiculous 90€. The 42154 is only 115€ on finnish stores. I know finland is really expensive country. But 90€ for this is beoynd ridicilous:(.

Poor LEGO, sadly no budget left to make one slightly different rim for a licensed display set. Which one looks more like the source model?

Ok, in other european countries it's 74.99€ so i don't know where the 17€ markup goes in here. While our taxes are pretty steep and high. But they aren't this high. So i think this is just greed:(.

That's not a qulity defect, it's plastic shrinking after cooling and it happens on any surface where there is more concentrated mass.

Hmm, black parts pretty often look like that to me.  Though not an identical pattern.  Here's some on the bottom of my lime Lamborghini from a couple years ago, the 2nd from the bottom has the mold mark side up, the rest the opposite side.

Car looks cool and sounds great but price is really creeping up :(

Black hides lot of the obscure gaps and smoothens the pins usage here, but still the basic design looks surprisingly accurate for this scale, instantly recognizable, much more so than the much larger 42154 2022 GT which doesn't look accurate at all. They even managed to have those authentic doors that continue to the roof, tho missing the A pillar rail.

I understand if it doesn't have a differential, if you want to have the engine in an authentic position in relation to the rear axle line, you can't squeeze a differential in there at this scale, I've struggled with this problem with much larger mid engine builds too, as the engine block has to connect directly to the differential/transaxle case and the lego differential always being just a little too large to not rub the engine.

90 euros for me too. Have to wait for a discount. I would like to mod a MK1 version from this design, but it couldn't be black and I think this would look grotesque as anything else but black, maybe white by using gray pins?
