I think Pintell, Ragetti, and Jack the Monkey are in a future icons set, possibly the Dutchman or QAR. Just to annoy completionists.

Nah, not to annoy them, but to drain their pockets

Hello, If you would like to mod the new Black Pearl.. I mean Jack Sparrows Pirate Ship, then maybe this build will help you:

Brilliant work! :pir-huzzah2:

Got any high resolution renders?  I've seen the images on BrickLink but they seem to be on the small side and I will not have time to render the .io file myself.

Thank You! It's just a recreation. I always browse the forum and I see all the great MOCs here. I hope it will be used to make more stuff. Anyway, here's a gallery with all the images I generated. Some are just 800x600, but there are 1600x1200 and 2048x1536. One 4K at 4:3.

The speed build of Captain Jack Sparrow’s Compass GWP (5009609) posted on YT by MyBrickTime (there are also some other speed builds available when searching by the GWP's name, as well as the run through instructions).

Mmmm how tall is it without the lower part? (I dont find It). I think that I Will have a problem with the shelf... :(

At last, it indeed appears to be around 59cm/23inch :pir-triumph: Seen it in the comments on Reddit & was also confirmed by the Korean reviewer 2 weeks ago, but given it's a Korean video it only got recommended to me by YT today – just in timing :pir-grin:

In the same vid there's also a size comparison between 10365 & 21322 Barracuda ship – I wish the guy would take the Pearl off the stand, but it's the only comparison between the two I've stumbled upon throughout all this time, so I guess it'll do for now :shrug_oh_well:

I also ordered mine, I did spend some points to reduce the price a bit. Though the 2 GWP's kinda make the price a bit more bearable.

Same. Ever since this was announced I had bern saving my points. Got my 450 CDN down to 300.

I’m looking at the store display right now, I’m the only one waiting inline, it’s identical in size to the black seas barracuda bay ship 😬😬.

when I called around yesterday local stores got like 15 each, I’m hoping the sega genesis gwp controller is not sold out here 😭😭

the compass looks almost 1:1 to scale, I thought it wouldn’t had been small but I can’t wait till they open. The points from this set will go towards my next purchase

Is the compass gone now? I waited until midnight yesterday, it was not possible to order for the first 15min from cz, no preorder button... Now I get back from work, it is on backorder and no gwp? why there is 3 day early access when not everyone can get the gwp meant for this set?

If that is the case there is no reason (at least for me) to order now, will wait for huge discount. It just seems illogical from TLG.

Still available on the US website? Maybe it’s regional

Well, it's a little bit longer and somewhat taller. The New Barracuda is bow + four center segments (three + brick built stern), while the New Pearl is bow + five center segments (four + brick built stern). So about eight studs longer, which isn't immediately noticeable in most comparisons.

Glad I saved my 21000 points. Paid around $220usd. I will be on the lookout for a uaed second ship when people start selling the minifigs so i can build a 3 ft one.

:shrug_oh_bueno:

Thank you so much!!!!

the Barracuda still rules the seas :pir-triumph:

Absolutely agree.  It has better colors and better looking sails. However the Pearl has the better minifig lineup with Jack Sparrow and Barbossa

Went into my local LEGO store this evening and it was sold out. It's only one store, and I don't know how many they had, but a data point to consider initial reaction.

I am curious to see how the Death Slice will sell. Out of curiosity I will check in at midnight to see if the site will crash like usual when Lego releases a major set. So many people complaining and refusing to buy it.

But in the end when the time is  nigh and fomo appears, we all say together :

Shut up and take my money :roflmao:

BP has better shape overall. BSB is OG classic and great ship. Sadly no cannons in gundeck… unless you modify it.

BSB is still rulling the seas since its meant both for play and display… should BP had more interior, then it would be winner.
