R0sch said "this month" which I assume is referring to October. Comparing the image to the parts list in NE article also appears to have the same elements in them. Quote

But here's the link to the Technic parts list: https://www.lego.com/en-gb/pick-and-build/pick-a-brick?icmp=PAB_All_Pieces&system=TECHNIC&sort=created_at-desc Quote
Stereo Posted November 1, 2025 Posted November 1, 2025 (edited) Bit of a throwback question, but I've noticed that my vintage Technic has 2 sizes of part 2825 1x4 thin beam. The bigger size is 1 stud wide, the smaller one is a bit smaller, which seems to be the same size as other studless beams. Does anyone know when this changed? I would guess it's around 1995-97 when the other thin beams (1x3, 1x5) got added. The Light Bluish Gray one is from Surface Space Loader; other two are Light Gray: Also interesting to me that it's (c) 1992 on the new one, as the part was introduced in 1989 sets. Jundis Posted December 2, 2025 Posted December 2, 2025 In a size I think none of us anticipated :D Oh man and I love how they detailed the front attachment section. Can't some of the buddies from Lego System department please switch sides to Technic? department :D Quote
Auroralampinen Posted December 2, 2025 Posted December 2, 2025 Happy news for cement truck fans and moc builders. The new city cement truck has brand new Technic cement drum piece:). Quote

That would be a really nice trend! Actually, I realized that 56mm RC tires (I have two different sets) work better with the thin version of these small rims, and everything has better proportions that way. Also, I think TLG should make thin versions of larger rims as well, and then thinner off-road tires for them. I think they made a mistake by forcing a bunch of new off-road tires to work with wide sports-car rims; everything is now too wide, and now it is hard to change all the rims because of tire compatibility. But thinner wheels could result in big improvements for off-roaders not only in terms of looks, but also leaving more space for better suspension. For example, the G-class could have had front diff locker if the wheels were thinner. Quote

Yeah, 86652 wheel is compatible with the large hubs and would look good with large size offroad tires (doesn't have to be tractor style). I don't know why it's only had one type of tire for it for 30 years. Quote
Thirdwigg Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 I live and breathe Technic, but City is just on fire these days. Quote

The price of the 42215 bucket is very high! On bricklink it is about the half. The triangular panels introduced in 42215 instead are much cheaper than on bricklink, about 1/5 of the current bricklink price. Quote
allanp Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 Some of those prices are weird. 19 euro for a small length of pneumatic hose? Quote
Cardboy Posted December 4, 2025 Posted December 4, 2025 (edited) The pneumatic hose has been like that for months and they have longer lengths for much less. A lot of there rubber parts seem to be very high 6475469 are £13 each There are now 3 sets that use them so I would expect the price to start falling. Still Black 1/2 Bushes are back in March on the BMW be buying those till they go out of stock Edited December 4, 2025 by Cardboy Quote
R0Sch Posted January 5 Posted January 5 After blue, we finally get red half bushes too, but downgraded to same width tires again. :( Quote
Cardboy Posted January 6 Posted January 6 I think pick a brick might go into meltdown with black and red half bushes Quote
Ngoc Nguyen Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Is Charizard's orange the regular orange? Angles connectors on the wings seem to be in an uncommon orange color. Quote
Jurss Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Looks more brownish. Not any of technic orange. You can see technic bright orang on bottom. Quote

Pretty sure it's regular orange (with reddish orange used for the lava on the stand underneath). The triple axle connectors on the wings are definitely new, the other two seem to be more common. Pikachu also has the ball joint with through hole in yellow. Quote
