Reminder: 800x600px is our max picture size!

Friendly reminder to all members:
Please note that the Eurobricks site guidelines don't allow images larger than 800x600px. Larger images really slow things for those without ultra fast internet connections. From now on we'll be more strict on this, so please take care your deeplinked pictures are not too big.
If you don't know how to resize images, here's a tutorial on how to do so in MS Paint. You can also set your camera to 800x600px so you don't need to resize the pictures.
If you have questions about this or something is not clear, please go here.
Thanks!

New LEGO Exclusive: WInter Village Post Office

10222 Winter Village Post Office
Ages 12+. 820 pieces.
US $59.99 CA $79.99 DE 59.99 € UK 49.99 £
Official Release from TLG: Continuing the winter scene series, the Winter Village Post Office is the perfect snow-covered setting. In the cozy post office, the worker is hard at work sorting all the mail into containers and sacks, while upstairs, there's just time for the postman to take a break before setting off in the traditional post car with all the letters and gifts. From the pavilion outside, musicians fill the air with music, while children take in the wintry atmosphere by the park bench before throwing snowballs at each other - the musicians had better get ready to duck!

Fabuland ice cream parlor
I have a confession to make. Sometimes it's while browsing other AFOL sites that I find out about some real gems posted here at Eurobricks. In this case I was reading the Brothers Brick when a I spotted the most adorable Fabuland MOC, only to find out it was built by none other then our own admin Hinckley.

Eurobricks Event 2012

While it's still some time in the future we have reached some decisions concerning our next annual Eurobricks event. The confirmed dates are 10-12 May 2012 and it will be the heart of the LEGO universe: Billund, Denmark. We plan to stay in a nice bungalow park near a beautiful lake only 5 minutes walk from the LEGO factory, offices and park.
The reason for deciding some of this so early is to give people a chance to plan for the trip, request holidays and keep their agendas free for these dates. If you have not yet come to a Eurobricks event then the next one in Billund is a great one to start because it will be AWESOME!
You can find more event information here where you can also indicate if you plan to come over or ask questions. We'll only share a rough overview of the event agenda upfront (like we do every year) and the rest we'll disclose when you are there. Those who have come to previous Eurobricks events know the kind of awesomeness you can expect
At a later time we'll open an official sign-up thread.
