I recently got a pab haul and built this little house. I also finally built something outside of the Bay of Illar for once which I've been meaning to do for some time. Also, violencellos were present in the 1500s in Italy with famous luthiers such as Andrea Amati.

Really nice little build, I really like the colours you are using!

Such an emotional selection of figures, very nice!

The minis are great with their expressions, and the hair on the lower one suggests that the wind is blowing a bit.  The vine is very nice for the few pieces it is made of, and the overall coloration is golden, but it works well for a sunset. I like the rectangular architecture of Varlyrio, and you did a nice job with the custom door.  The cart is nice a compact and looks good as well. The bass piece is odd to me, but not in your build. I think the piece itself is too small to be a bass, too large to be a cello, and it has the sloped shoulders of a bass... I think we need a cello piece next!  Well done and thanks for sharing!

Interesting design for the doors. I like the style and colour above the door and on the top roof as well.

It is indeed rare to see the countryside of Varlyrio, all the action seems to happen in the cities!

Thanks Grover! I'm glad you like the build. After seeing Velnerius' epic build, I actually want to experiment with nonrectangular builds, but fancy rectangles are rather satisfying. I'll admit when I saw the piece, I thought it was a cello, but you do make fair points about the design pointing more towards a bass although much smaller. We do indeed need a cello piece next! I suppose I could always build one. I already have a minifig scale accordion that I made a while ago, but those didn't exist until the 1800s.

Thanks! It was supposed to be more a curtain than a door. Indeed! Most of the builds are in Illaryia. I hope to build more around Varlyrio at some point. I already have several ideas for builds and stories in Varlyrio.
