This is just a Hypothesis but Clicltime LLC is a UK based company. They have a sub division in New Jersey. But considering that the company is based in the UK. I imagine that they would release these in the UK and Europe.

Thanks so much for this review.
I bought 1 online and was worried the preloaded batteries would leak since I'm gonna keep it for MISB for at least a few years.
Searched on google and flickr but there wasn't any photo to confirm this.
After seeing your photo I'm very glad that the batteries are packaged separately in plastic.
