Razi Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) Hello everybody, I am new here. However, I sometimes used to read as a guest here. It is so great to be here as a user now. So my project (which prompted me to start posting) is a Steampunk Modular Workshop. It is (Drumroll Please: budda budda budda budda ba!) I present to you: McKellin's Workshop Cool Right? Let's break it down. First Floor: Aerial View: And some close up pics And here is the steampunk computer: Second Floor: Aerial View: Machine room: The fire place has a (kinda dead) light brick! And the sink! The blueprint drawing room and observatory: Some exterior pictures: And finally the roof: This is the trapdoor and the mechanics behind it. And finally, here is a picture of the complete build with the rest of the town. Thank You for reading and viewing! More to come! Electricsteam Posted March 11, 2015 I read steampunk and my brain just went (bwooosh) I really love steampunk and its executed fantasticly! A lot of steampunk is a motion art so maybe adding some sorts of moving pistons or windmill , something with motion. I think it would take this build over the edge! cgarison Posted March 11, 2015 That is a beautiful workshop and the tools on the interior look very realistic. Actually, it does not look that far from the tooling I used to move around on floor sets when I was a rigger 10 years ago. hmmmm..... Perhaps this "Steampunk" thing is not as far from reality as many of us would like to think. Nice build!
gazumpty Posted March 11, 2015 nice work...Electricsteam is spot on...some moving gears and pistons would really set this MOC apart! You have really captured the detail and design of this genre. I could just see Issac Dan der Grimnebulin popping in for a wee visit to see McKellins next big invention!
mike_mcbam Posted March 11, 2015 Utterly superb looking, that clocktower in particular just screams "Make sure to include me in a 2nd edition of the Steampunk Lego book!"

Razi Posted March 31, 2015 Hi there friends! I apologize for my lateness, (I've been busy with the space pirates contest) but here are the updates that you've asked for! Hope you enjoy! First, we have a big radiator fan on the backside of the building. Then, I added a piston onto the black machinery on the roof This is my workshop, Thanks for viewing.
