    Is it possible that the new modular won't be out until March or April? Because if we look back to the previous modular set, most of them released around those months. Beside, just only mini modular set and Parisian Restaurant that release on January.

    I still didn't own Town Hall set, but the only drawback that I see from this set is "Similarity". Town Hall is so much alike Fire Brigade, Both symmetry and the year number at the top of building.

    Is it possible that TLG might extend a lifetime of each Modular Building? as you can see that Grand Emporium still available at online store. Maybe the next modular building might comes after 1 from 5 available building change to "retired", I think.

    Hi everyone! I am now bricklinking CC and GG too! I need some advise from you guys about the replacement of both door of Cafe Corner. Both door's price are extremely high, especially the hotel door. Any suggestion for the replacement? Thank you in advance!
