    That would indeed be awesome if we could get some Days of Future Past sets. Especially with all rumors about which characters will appear. The Marvel line-up could get very crowded for next year. If true, the DC line will need to branch out from Batman just to keep up.

    What do friends think? Cronk would at least like to go back and see if friends could talk with ghosts again. Cronk feels bad that friends have not helped ghosts.

    I just got around to watching the designer video. I didn't realize that the carousel horses rocked as it spins. I was on the fence about whether I would get this set before (budgetary reasons) but that just pushed it into the "must have" category.

    The group of "spooks" friends made contact with was the last group of ghost exterminators. Cronk does not really understand what happened but exterminators seemed to believe other spirit was responsible and still on loose. Does Greely wish friends to investigate further in matter?

    All right, kiddos. I'm going to unlock the thread now. Here are the ground rules: 1.) This thread is for discussing the LEGO sets and minifigures in this theme. 2.) There will be no more derogatory language towards one another. 3.) Nor will there be any posts relating to previous instances of such language. That is in the past now and dealt with. 4.) Posts should add to the discussion and not just be "Megablock You, TLG!" or "People who buy expensive figures are dumb!". Save that for your blogs. 5.) Debates will be civil and should be brief. State your opinion and move on, you're not going to convert anyone by repeating yourself. 6.) Almost forgot this one. If someone should post something offensive, don't respond to it. Report it and let the Staff take care of it. Follow these simple rules and we'll all live happy lives here. Break them and I'll pull this forum over and you kids can all walk home (and no cheating and calling Mom to pick you up). Now be good.

    Oh, Cronk has Ratabor's rent money. Here is Cleric's rent, Mr. Greely. If ghost situation has been handled, why are spirits in room still there? Perhaps friends should go back and talk to ghosts? Is there anything else that friends forgot?

    I'm locking the thread for a couple of hours. When it is reopened, I expect better behavior from all of you. I know the debate over licensing and the morality of exclusive scalpers isn't over. But it's caused tempers to flare and I want everyone to calm down.

    I understand the tempers running hot about the exclusive figures but everyone should remember to keep a cool head on EB, please. I'd hate for this thread to get out of hand enough that I'd have to take drastic measures to bring it back.

    Farewell, Ecatsue! Cronk wishes dragon well, though Ecatsue should remember that not all wrongs can be righted by gold. Besides rent, there is yet a debt owed that Cronk hopes Ecatsue can find way to repay someday. That is all Cronk will say on subject.

    How about instead of arguing about whether the CC Spidey indicates a new ASM line, we wait to see what TLG announces? There's no need for arguments to get heated. I'm not as fussed about the exclusives this year as I was in past years. It's sad that they chose to waste an excellent version of Green Arrow this way but really he's not that hard to make a custom of. I was never a fan of Spider Woman so she's not on my list of must haves. I don't need a zillion copies of Spidey or an alternate Superman either. I do hope they reveal something for DC beyond just Batman, even if its only the bat family like Batgirl (instant buy, maybe one for my daughter as well depending on price) or Nightwing. Give us the Justice League, TLG. It has been long enough.

    Cronk hopes that Nerwen find equilibrium quickly. Healing Ecatsue may require more than one healer. Cronk will try alone while Nerwen recovers. Wakey, wakey Ecatsue. Friends want to make sure Ecatsie is not dead.

    I agree that the wording of encouraged precludes it from helping counters but I don't remember any such ruling about it not being affected by anything but SP, Scuba. I don't see why weakened or fragile would not come into play for counterstrikes.

    The veracity of movie reviews doesn't need to be debated here. People write them and people read them. Let's focus on the sets here. I think it's fairly clear that, barring a miracle, that the movie isn't going to do so swell. Time will tell how that will affect the sales of the theme. If it does mean the theme will be unsuccessful, it's through no fault of the sets' design team. These are some spectacular sets that I'm thrilled to have whether the movie bombed or not.

    How about we see how the new system works out before calling each other pricks and gits? Seriously, people. WBD, I always assumed that since countering inflicts damage, the fragile effect would double it. I think its more clear cut than it affecting poison. I'm open to debate it, though, if you'd like.

    OoC: Ecatsue being fragile should put him at 12 health and out of the fight. Cronk thought that Cronk bashed hard enough to bring dragon-man down. Maybe bashing just hasn't sunk in yet.

    As someone with decent SP and counterstrike gloves, I can tell you JimB that they aren't exactly gamebreaking on a normal build. I still normally take damage if I want to give some. Really, I think the gloves are to the Paladin class what the Amulet is to the Witch. Makes the class play better (since we only hit the enemy a third of the time by attacking) but isn't a magic solution to overcoming anything.

    Xander, cover Plains Dragonling. Dyric should take Marsh Dragonling since Dyric has less chance of triggering special. Cronk will bash Cavern Dragonling from front row.

    If Ecatsue goes below 20 health, Ecatsue KO'd. Party would only have to finish dragonlings. Does plan sound okay?

    OoC: WBD, I think the swords only get one roll for both attacks. Doesn't affect the outcome at all though. Wait, friend Nerwen! If Cronk is allowed to counterstrike Ecatsue friends are gaurenteed to bring Ecatsue down alive this round. Ecatsue would be at 12 health.

    Flipz if you're really unsure about where to post something, here's a good rule of thumb: Youtube videos should never, ever be posted at all go in the rule discussion.
