  1. Here is my latest floor for Delbaere Stadium A Wrestling Stage/Ring! Completed in 4 days over the holidays it features everything you'd expect to see at a modern TV Wrestling production - 18 x 18 stud ring with ropes - Big screen/stage (titantron) - Announcers booths + other ringside staff - Production booth + crane camera - Floor seating/barricades See all the pictures here: ( To see more of the stadium it is inside visit the tread on the stadium/ice rink here:
  2. Don't even get me started on their modern petrol stations. I did enjoy 60132, which was the impetus in me eventually building this. All the stickers are made by me except for the ones on the fuel truck. Luckily there are good quality photos of the Octan logo and word mark that I was able to play around with in photoshop. Printed them on transparent label paper, and on a white backing, they worked really well.
  3. Wow, that's extremely kind! Thank you.
  4. Put together a 64 x 48 Octan gas station MOC with a small convenience store. As with all my MOCs, there is a layer of brick below a layer of plate on top of the baseplate for added rigidity. All custom stickers printed on transparent label paper( aside from the truck). Will have pictures of the store in the future.
  5. Fantastic build! Captures the vehicles perfectly
  6. Thanks! There won't be an interior as this will be a display model, so no playability required.
  7. Recently completed a model for a residential development in the Greater Vancouver area. Pictures in the photos for reference. Piece count: I dunno, I always forget to count Hours: 35ish Measurements 15" x 30" x 12"
  8. Interior is not complete at this time. Hope do do that sometime this year
  9. Recently completed MOC of the Belgian Club in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. Approximately 3500 pieces 20 hours design and build time.
  10. Brick City Brewery in front of the building that inspired it. See more at: https://www.flickr.com/photos/129117106@N07/
  11. Brick City Brewery is officially complete. The addition of the signs made with a CriCut brings this project to a close. Will be doing a photoshoot in front of the actual brewery sometime soon before putting this into "open when I one day have a full sized basement" storage.
  12. There is some great detail to the exteriors without feeling "busy" It looks fantastic. Also a big fan of using the beards as part of the design. Awesome work.
  13. Thanks for the feedback. I don't forsee more space anytime soon, so the street will just be replaced with new modulars.
  14. Thanks for the kind words. That's certainly the look I'm going for as it's what I see on a more regular basis in real life, and I feel like other really have the european architecture covered a lot better than I could ever do.
  15. Thanks! That was definitely the biggest challenge with this build.
  16. The side texture is actually a happy accident. I didn't have enough red masonry brick so i had to substitute others in there to make it work. In the end it turned out much better this way haha.
  17. A combination of 4 MOC modulars, a MOC park, and a MOC road. Some of these builds you will have seen on this forum before.
  18. Don't hold your breath on the interior, this one has been retired to my closet while I work on some other buildings. The corners actually work correct to the building with the way I've done it. I actually reached out to the lead actor, and the roof part was added for season one filming, because the actual store doesn't have the living space upstairs like the show needs there to be. THe structure is no longer there in reality but will be in all B-roll moving forward
  19. Kim's Convenience - exterior completed. Interior to be completed at a later date. Sign and mural both done on sticker paper. Everything else is all Lego
  20. Working on the finishing touches on my modular fire station. The roof will have a small helipad for a fire helicopter. I've left the (not visible here) back of the building open to increase play-ability. Also the facade is all one piece while the remaining 24 x 32 of each floor can be removed.
  21. Really great build. I'm a big fan of your technique to use the rims as chairs!
  22. Might as well make use of her curiosity.
  23. Something about the colour choice is just relaxing. When I look at the building I feel a sense of calm.
  24. This building is delightful, i'd love to see it in real life!
