There wasn't much elevation in the swamp scenes so I had to keep it low level but with more random texture as viewed from the top. A little bit of photoshop light flares was done to achieve the glow. AC

That doesn't sound like you're having problems adding a new topic to the LSW forum. Counted. That's right. Build away and you could actually post about your entry as a WIP so that you can then ask for C&C about it on the separate thread. You're in and just post later when you've definitely decided which MOC you're entering. Please let's keep the discussion on the topic. AC

You're in and no issues with builders having the same scene. If you're really sure about what you'd want to build, then declare it so that the other builders will be aware of it. That's correct about the rules being open but this is OUR community project and I just happen to be the instigator. Counted in! AC PS. There's plenty of time to build so why not consider expanding/improving on your MOC? Sorry but can't use an MOC prior to the announcement, but please do build on the other scenes you've mentioned. Sorry but I don't have any LEDs and what I used for to light this would not fit in. AC

The tractor beam as mentioned earlier was already built and just added to the walkway. The additional pics show a lot more angles/details. AC

But sometimes you get lucky like when I got the seriesIV a week earlier for $2.99 and then the next week there was a BOGO half-off. So I got the price assurance guarrantee and even used a $5 coupon off the $30 purchase. AC

I intend to collect only the CMF series that there's a likelihood that I'll be building a dio for it. Plus doing nonSW builds gives the opportunity to use pieces/designs that wouldn't normally be feasible. AC

At first, I thought about the gorilla suit but then it wouldn't be appropriate and good thing I found the little Rex. That's the whole idea about the stream. You ought to try building something other than SW sometime. AC

As I was about to clear out the work table from the previous MOC, in the corner of my eye I spotted this. When an idea/opportunity/inspiration to build becomes available, I've always grabbed it! Don't know if you're aware that I've tried to do one many years ago. When I'm done with it then I will retire from MOCing. If I knew the secret, I'd never tell you! In due time you will. AC PS.
