  1. Which store and how long were you there? AC
  2. Here's mine Spartan Roman Samurai Elf Musketeer Gladiator AC
  3. Finally got it! AC
  4. I have to disagree on that aspect as every MOCer tries to achieve a certain level of status with their works. Being blogged is one and on the FP is another. EB has a lot of MOCers in their specialized themes that other members may not realize they exist since like me, I spend 90% in LSW and the rest on the others. But when I see a pirate MOC featured on the FP, I'll likely spend a lot of time that day on the Pirate forums. You're telling me that on slow days any MOC can wind up in the FP? That's not really fair, just my 2 cents. There has to be a consistent rule to only feature MOCs that are truly worth mentioning on FP, be it a slow day or not. AC
  5. I'm pretty sure you got a lot of those wheels laying around waiting to be used! AC PS. The wheels move freely since they're not attached but the tires are secured with technic pins and rotate in place.
  6. I second your opinion! And may I add that the LSW forums is lagging behind the other themes on the FP too! AC
  7. Will probably finish the whole structure this weekend and then all remaining details/posing next week. Sometimes it's the simplest designs that work. How are you doing with your entry? AC
  8. B-V-20A & B-V-20B My latest SW MOC currently in progress has some designs for assembly line and conveyor belts that might be useful for Town themed MOCs. I honestly don't know if somebody else have done these before, so feel free to use them... AC
  9. Always good to follow KimT's advise! If you're unclear on any of them, be sure to post in the thread. AC PS. Another teaser pic added.
  10. Probably just unaware of their stock as I knew that the store had a specific number of sets to give out. AC
  11. Everybody has an equal chance of winning plus there's a lot of prizes. I'd like to finish this in the next week or so (ooops forgot I got a race this weekeend). Make that two weeks! AC
  12. Feeling real lucky to have gotten the set at the Jersey Gardens mall after reading all of the posts above. And to think I could have easily gotten several copies if I wanted to. AC
  13. Everybody who posted before this have been added to the list of attendees. AC PS. If you're bringing an MOC, feel free to update your post and add links/pics of it.
  14. SW will always be number one, but I'm always going to build other themes from time to time. Still in the planning stages to utilize the Roman legion! AC
  15. Added a new pic of another piece of the dio. AC
  16. There's a lot of time to build but yeah better get started! The more the merrier! AC
  17. It was a pleasure meeting other EB members as well in between the volunteer work. There were a few members of NJGardenSLUG on Saturday as well whom I already knew beforehand were attending. Are you a volunteer or a store employee (which store)? There were only four/five volunteers during my shift. AC PS. Another EB member was also there Saturday took some pics.
  18. Added pics for the R2 unit carrier/holder. That's exactly what I wanted it to look like! AC
  19. The public demand for the most popular astromech droid has increased and one of the factories try to keep pace with the fully automated assembly line manned by worker droids. Step-by-Step process And more pics... WIP pics Legs coming through... Rolling, rolling, rolling... Each R2 unit carrier/holder can rotate individually as they go through the conveyor bays. Conveyor belt Click on any pic for more details... AC
  20. That happened to me with Series 1 and 2 as I wasn't able to buy any when they came out. However another store chain picked up the CMFs and had Series 2 after the major retailers (TRU, Target, Walmart) were done. So I was able to build a Spartan army and then the elves and samurai from Series 3. Whereabouts are you in Sweden? I've been to Stockholm a long time ago on business trips when I worked for an airline. AC
  21. Get them while they last! What time were you there on Saturday as I started before 9:00AM until 2:00PM. Enjoy and help out to build the model. AC
  22. Keep me posted when you're sure as I will keep track of this thread. AC PS. I've added in the first post for those who are/maybe attending. Anybody else definitely attending, please post and I'll add your name to the list.
  23. That's right and I got a few more bagged. Those are the cloaks that they have as CMFs. Why did you stop at six? Didn't you go out and look for them when they were issued? The hard way (touch and feel for the shield/long bow). Have you seen my Roman army? AC
  24. I found out that people started lining up at the Jersey Gardens store around 7:30AM and there were around fifty in line when I got there just before 9:00AM for my volunteer work. Same here and I didn't do too bad at the race on Sunday. I always like it when they do the race in CP clockwise so you kinda avoid going up the hills on the west side. Yes, I'll be doing the Queens 10K, Bronx 10 miler and Staten Island half-marathon to complete the Five Borough series like I did last year. Only way I can get guarranteed entry to the NYC Half-Marathon next year plus a few more races to complete the 9+1 for next year's NY Full Marathon. AC
  25. Didn't want to overdo a simple structure as it was in the movie. I know but there's more SW MOCs to be done. AC
