  1. So far, I'm suspicious of Robbie Swanson, because of this reason: We've seen the chief trying to arrest somebody. He propably had been very drunk, so he might not have been in his right mind, but I'd still assume there was a crime about to be committed. We know about three previous crimes in Suburbia: A bank robbery, James punching the chief and Robbie owning drugs. Now, out of all those crimes, which one is most likely to recur? Buying drugs, I think. And which one could have been recurred next to the fountain? Buying drugs, of course. Nothing indicates a robbery or an attack, to the contrary, the two people seemed to work together. Of course, it could have been an entirely new crime, but we haven't found evidence of a new kind of crime committed in Suburbia, but we found out about those previous crimes. And we know Robbie still owns drugs, don't we? Maybe he was caught during the deal and killed the chief in order to avoid becoming a repeat offender? The only question left would be: Who sold the drugs? I'd think it was the shady brown-haired man who was seen there one the same night. Now it's all but sure that the killers were also those who attacked Jackson, and if we assume that the brown-haired person was one of them, we can exclude that Alex or Jackson had been the killer, so that would mean it was...Dad! (Keep in mind, this is based on the assumption that the brown-haired person is indeed a man and one of the killers.) But frankly, Dad keeps on buying expensive stuff, even though retiring some years ago. And he just asked if we were allowed not to guess. What's the point in not guessing? That way we'll never solve the case or win the million or whatever this whole mess is about. Two things about Marcus' theory: -I don't really think the killers planned murdering the chief, I think he surprised them and they decided to kill him then, unless there's some really elaborate plan behind this. -We don't know that the killers knew who the brown-haired person was. They might also have attacked Jackson thinking he'd been the brown-haired person. Actually, if they had seen him, I think they would have killed him earlier. And about James' thoery: -Then who tried to kill Jackson? The mayor?
  2. You forgot the late Alex Jordan, he also had brown hair, and frankly, despite his death he's among my suspects. Okay, I think I'll start with you: We've got few to nothing that points towards you being involved in anything, someone tried shooting you and your behaviour didn't seem odd to me. On the other hand, you might have a motive to kill the chief, i.e. promotion (which isn't that much of a motive, but nobody has a convincing reason to kill the chief). If so, you might have burned down the house of Scott and blown up her Camper, in order to get rid of her as well. But this is only speculation, as I said before, there's nothing to back this up, I don't think you're actually the killer. If you were, who tried to kill you then? And why would the Chief try to arrest him? Same goes for Sarah, somebody tried to kill her husband and shot her down. She doesn't have any motive I could think of, except for helping her husband with his plans, if he had any, so we got even less against her than against Jackson. I doubt they were the killers. And I still don't think that's some kind of Witch Hunt Reality Show, I seriously doubt such a show would get good ratings.
  3. And the mayor would need an accomplice while attacking Officer Jackson and taking Marcus hostage. And the fight with the agents, I really don't think that was a fake. And I certainly won't vote ever again for the mayor if this whole thing was just a hoax. If I voted for him before, which I doubt.
  4. I don't think there's any sence in telling them privately if we reach a consensus before, Dad. But I guess you're too old to understand how those strange YouTube shows work. Though I wonder if we're allowed to discuss it? The party in this exciting Red Scare book wasn't, but the day wouldn't be very entertaining if we don't talk at all. I start to get bored...
  5. Pony Madness, Yay! I don't mind sad or slightly dark stories, but I too despise shipping. I don't read that many fanfics, anyway. And those "first"s, I try to ignore them.
  6. Eeyup. In fact, I got the show's attention by the MLP thread on EB. I really love that show, I'm checking up on EqD now pretty much every day.
  7. So I've been killed both on Nights Three and Four? I think you messed something up, ADHO. Oh, and there was a bit of talk about my fear gas on the last day, I had told Baby Doll everything I had done on every day, so I suppose rereading my PMs would have cleared that matter. I used it on hush on Night One, Ventriloquist on Night Three, and gave it to KDM on Night Two, and was blocked on Night Four. But I guess you had an awful lot of PMs and other stuff to remember, organizing the town must be a tough task.
  8. I didn't find it offensive at all, I just think, it's a game which involves lying to such a big extend, so I think it's a bit inappropiate, and even more when done during a defense. No idea why people would find it offensive, though. Nothing against Christanity, so if you would have sworn in the conclusion, I wouldn't have minded at all. I didn't consider it a major faux pas, though. But it was a bit out of character, too. But on another note, about KDM, your point against Brickdoctor with the "He has to get a penalty or he's lying" argumentation was somewhat unfair in my opinion. And metagaming. Don't get me wrong, you were one of the most active townies, far more helpful than me, and it's good the very important role of Baby Doll was taken by you, but honestly, I think you shouldn't have done that. Good job anyway.
  9. Really, there's no reason to apology, you've got every reason to be pissed when I betray you by telling your role without aksing you, especially when one of the people I tell is scum. So, it was a great game, but I feel like I screwed it up. I strongly mistrusted WhiteFang, which lead me to believe he was lying and therefore defending Rumble Strike and killing myself. But what I didn't understand back then and still don't understand, if WhiteFang had the role to copy another role, why wouldn't he copy the investigator? And additionally, KDM had told me he had claimed that he had redirected me at Brickdoctor on day one, while Doc claimed his target had been unaltered and mine hadn't been either. Well, that's why I did what I did. I know I was no help for the town, but I felt slightly offended when you thought I'd pull of a scum flail. Am I really that noobish? The liked the idea with the tasks; was there more behind them than giving people something to think about and distributing invulnerability for one night? What exactly was the punishment for not completing them? How many tasks were there? Anyway, the hosts really did a good job with the game. The conclusion was interesting, I suppose Ra's was a cult leader? I had no idea there was one until now, it's good he got killed on day one. I liked the fact we could choose our own roles, it enhanced roleplaying a lot in my opinion. I'm not sure about connecting the actions to the roles, though. I think it's a bit unfair. There might come more, if I think of anything else.
  10. Wow! I gotta say I love what they did with the Henchmen, especially the Joker guy looks astounding, far better than the original ones. I too would want to see a new Scarecrow figure, but for now I'm hoping we'll get Riddler and Harley without some more vehicles. I'd have prfered to get Riddler with a suit, though, instead of the jumpsuit. But I'm already glad they gave him the bowler. I'm wondering if they might include some more of those detailed Henchmen with Harley or the Riddler. Both would be awesome IMO. I have doubts about Riddler and Harley in one set, even if it's an Arkham Asylum set. I just think Harley would rather be put together with the Joker, if she's together with another villain.
  11. I'd like to check if the parrots are capable of saying anything.
  12. I believe they are called customers... I'd like to stroke the dog and then check inside the cash register.
  13. I've got a feeling I'll soon be even more bored... Have you ever considered this may be exactly the reason people keep hitting you with bats?
  14. I think so. I'm getting bored. We haven't been to Marcus' house yet, I think we should go there next.
  15. I'm also glad that you're back, Bob, and that the game can continue.
  16. I'd doubt so, since there are no major crimes commited in Suburbia... I don't think stealing a microwave which was going to be replaced anyway is a serious crime. I'd like to check what the knife's purpose is, i.e., is it meant for fighting or for domestic application?
  17. I can only say, it was a fun game while it lasted. Great hosting, ADHO, and the comics were superb, Penguin. You two really do an oustanding job on that game. I also like the general setup a lot, with playing an already existing character from the Batman universe. And I'll still keep my fingers crossed for the townies. Kill the scum!
  18. I really hope you'll be alright and it's nothing serious. I'll still be here and ready to play when you come back.
  19. I'd like to check the phone book for any marks.
  20. Then I'll have to look inside the microwave. Has the bullet been fired before?
  21. That's exactly what a terrorist car bomber would want us to believe Nah, I think you're right. It happens, just as some doors are locked and resistent against every form of violence.
  22. I'd like to have a description of the kitchen, please.
  23. I never said hard evidence was needed. But I won't be convinced just by the way people act in the day thread. I had no problem with voting for a person who acts scummy, if there is no other evidence, hence I voted for Catwoman on day 1. But I can't say I was fully convinced, not as I was about Deadshot and Wesker after you actually told us Clayface had told you he'd attack Calendar Man. The Simon case is the best thing we have right now, and it's got evidence. Like the claim of being a criminal block inventor, which I consider highly unlikely. And I guess you're right about me being the second best case you got. I can't convince you of not killing me tonight, can I? At least the criminals aren't using an important night action. Maybe I should have known the scum wouldn't risk such a claim that early and after losing one of them before. I suppose I was being really stupid back then. But honestly, an almost convicted assumed agent is defending another person without any argument at all asking a question (i.e. What's the evidence) which is absolutely useless as the evidence is clearly in the post I quoted before answering to those accusations, and you take that as evidence against me? At least you got something better. Oky, if I was scum, would I sell out every other scum member just so I survive? That's stupid. Do you think Two-face is scum or don't you? Why do you tell to cease talking to me if you think we're both scum? I know I'm pretty much dead. I'm sorry if I acted scummy and therefore made you lose a vigilante kill. And I'm sorry you'll soon have to find out the Creeper isn't always right. Just make sure you'll convict an agent tomorrow, okay? I think you shouldn't bring religious beliefs into a game, especially not in one which includes a large amount of lying.
  24. Before you're bored out of your mind, I'd appreciate if you'd reply to this:
  25. I'd like to wait patiently for the door being open, while I listen attentive to other families' propblems.
