  1. What happened to brickshelf? All pic's are gone ........
  2. Sorry. I can't make a clear video form how this switch works. But you can visit me to see how it works .
  3. The sante fe, it looks better and more realistic .
  4. Nothing, only you need different connectors to connect it to a wire. Very simple to adjust, aslong you've the right connectors . The motor with 3 holes are newer then the motor with 2 holes.
  5. As a 12v expert, at least I have a lot of 12v, I advice you to start collect 9v. Why, you ask? Well, 12v is not very reliable and it's very very expensive nowadays. I don't know where you're form, but outside Europe it's also very hard to get. When it hasn't run in a week, you need to clean the tracks again. The 9v system is the most ideal system, because it's reliable and powered form the wall. Al the extra's, like remoted controlling switches and cross-overs is simple to make for the 9v system. Which I'm busy with it at the moment. Only you need extra is a 12v control unit for the lights and stuff. Check at the pic's form my layout sofar: I do love this picture, only a nightmare to connect everything.
  6. Sorry for the late reply, don't check it everyday . You can see what value is at bricklink, just send an offer with pm.
  7. Finally one switch is connected to my controlpanel and it works beautifully. When the switch is finished with switching, the 9v motor can run further without damage the little controlhouse beside it. I will make a movie to show how it works, but I can't upload it at brickshelf. Just send an email to me and I send the movie to you.
  8. Looks good. Impressive building. You've also pic's of the real train form which you build this moc?
  9. A little update: Green 7760: for sale 6349: SOLD blue 7725: for sale 588/381: for sale 10021: SOLD 6208: for sale Also for sale, set 6082
  10. Your review is great. But, this set is easily build and too much stickers. And my personal note, it's again 6wide. That's why I voted this set poor.
  11. Still working on those . It's complete till the 8th train. I hope I get this week a little bit further. I'm also working at my harry potter layout, I need more space to place all sets in a logic order .
  12. Build by yourself? This looks very good. Good building .
  13. Great review, exspecially with those screenshots form the real movie.
  14. I do like the look of the house. However, this house is far too big to place it in a layout. There's no interior in it, no floors and the car......yuch. I have one too, after build it......I decided to sell it again. I still miss a few slopes to complete the first model. After completing this set, I put it for sale. That why I voted, below average. Looks great, but actually it's not complete after building.
  15. I do . Currently I'm busy to build remote controlled switches for 9v. Only that financial crisis makes it harder to move on...... Look great all your matrial. Where do you live, I want to build a layout at your place .
  16. It's been a little quiet around panda-city, well the simple reason is the financial crisis around the world. Less money and very strange less time for lego nowadays. And I've in 1 of my cars let build in a LPG-tank (fuel is far too expensive 1litre-1,30euro), while 1litre LPG costs around 0.43 euro. Normally on petrol it runs at 1litre-16km's, on LPG it's 1litre-14km's. Anyway, I've made mine train page at brickshelf a little more easier and more understandable in a logic order in when I bought the sets. Sofar I've done the first 9 trains. I made pic's of bought sides and one great shot to get a impressive view of the locomotive itself. What you think of this way of viewing the trains to you people? Here is the map of the trains: Here you can see the first train of mine:
  17. Here is a little update what my plan is for remoting 9v stuff. This moment I've connected the vestasset and 2 light&sound sets to this control. In future I'm going to connect the 9v switches to it also.
  18. Looks great. With all that green, it looks very peacefull overthere. Keep up the good work .
  19. I do like the way you made this review. Indeed a pleasure to read it. I like the building itself. It takes minimal space to place it in a busy layout like I have. However, I don't the bus, cause it's 6 wide, those are the size of the trains . That's why I choose average. And besides, those doors in that bus are too big comparison with the size of that bus.
  20. Only the metroliner you can see in a little corner. It would be more niccer, if you add set 7740 and a blue 12v train also. Add maybe the sante fe train or de new 10174. It looks great this way, only I miss trains here .
  21. Great moc . Is it for sale ?
  22. It looks like a great set and I think this is the answer why set 4999 wasn't for sale. I think it's a nice set, but it's rather small. I would leave it in the stores, cause the windmill is too small compared with 4999. And the truck is 6 wide, too wide for my layout........
  23. It's indeed very cute. Great moc . Even it's small, still looks good cause of the details.
  24. Average. I love that bunny (I own one ), but the rest is not that good. Don't like that much.
  25. I saw it at brickshelf. A funny and well preformed idea. All those details. Only were are the good guys, who a going to fight against those orc's?
