Wanna see more ? Here it is: The fight between Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn took place in my town and The Green Goblin is going to help.......(I don't know who ) And here you can see how much wires you need, if you want to build a 12v layout also. Consider carefully if you do, those wires can make you nuts. Lucky I found a store who had the same wires (only color is different) as lego have used for the 12v system.

Looks good. You only used sets which are for sale in stores now, awesome to see. Are there gonna be trains also in future? You could add some trees and flowers to this layout .

Very good. High factor of quality and details.

Call me annoyning, but new parts have arrived and couldn't resist to build late in the evening. Here are some pic's of the results. I have to wait for more parts , before I can build further. Here the vestas personal is busy the build the generator up: There's no crane which can lift the generator up to the tower. I guess I need a big helicopter to place the generator on top of the tower.

About the safety of fishing..............It's dangerous now, if you ask me.

Here's the progress of the project vestas . It will be an eyecatchyer, it's quite big. Thx for the advice Freddie. I will certainly look at it. I use 16 straight track to get it to the right level. This is the first design, which is more meant to look which design I need to use for the pilars. And if my design is strong enough to hold the heavy 12v trains, some of mine has 2x 12v motors.

As a 12v expert I say, It's not a problem. I'm 100% sure, it will be no problem.

Most parts (I guess 95%) are ordered for building vestasset 4999. I will post pic's later, just wanted to let you know how far I'm with it. After completing the vestasset, then I start to build a bridge for the 12v train and offcourse connecting all the wires for the 12v system.

My first reaction, when I saw the pic, WOW...... That's almost a real thing. That's a quality piece of a moc you made there. Have you instructions, so we can make one too?

That looks indeed very good. Nice building .

I was looking it yesterday and I thought that I would never had that kind of controlpanel. Yes it's insane and I like it . First I need to connect everything before I make it bigger. That a DH-2 model, better know as 'De Wadloper'. It's mainly used in the north of Holland. The coast of north of Holland is called: 'De Wadden'. This year the train is replaced by a newer train. It has properly done service for around 20 years. Aslong you don't scare the cat, nothing will happen, that was also something new. As reward she my buildinginspector . It's a closed attic. I have walls form a roof, like this /\, that way I loose space to place the layout if I use a table. If I had walls like this | | , then it would not be a problem. With the dust it's not a great problem. The track is planned before I lay it down. Most of the baseplates is also planned. The monorail and elec lines are placed afterwards, cause this is something you can't plan it before placing.

I use a paintbrush and sometimes a vacuumcleaner. I don't clean it regularly. It's a closed area yes.

Time for an update. I've ordered pieces for the vestasset 4999 and here you can see where it will be placed. The mill is going to be controled with a 9v trainspeedregulator. And here you can see the whole controlpanel: And here is the place where I start most of the times my creations:

Looks great. Many details and that makes a layout wonderful and great to look at.

I guess I've 80% of the parts of the vestas set now. Most of them are ordered. I wait when I've the parts in the house and then try to get the last parts to complete the set now. I also know where I place the vestas set already. Only I change the 9v motor with one I can connect at a 9vtraintrafo, so I can remote control it . I place pic's in my own topic, so you can follow the building.

Only build once and with a new stickersheed. Original buildinginstructions and box. Like new, now for sale for only 65 euro. Aslong there's no 'SOLD' on the posts here, it's still for sale.

Is it allowed that a train may run on 12v? -

Time for a little update and a few pictures. Here you can see the first elec poles are build. In future there will be a lot of elec wires for all the switches and etc. And monorail station 6399, you can see I made the poles a little higher. This way I have more space for the hanging wire above the monorail. And offcourse my building inspector checks if all the building is going as planned .

I bought playmobil today. I was really happy how the box of the big set was made. You can open it, without ripping anything. Only bad that the paper stuff was not so good. I enjoyed it to set this up, I did even recognize old pieces they used in the '80's and '90's. I will post pic's later when the christmas tree is full with lights and balls .

Looks great. Maybe you can make a big plate hanging at wires at your roof. That way you save space.

Well, it was my lucky day yesterday. I found those rare pieces to build that fantastic windmill.......Yiehaaa ......
