  1. I'd switched out the male generic hair for the tousled Mutt hair a while ago but once I had the chance to switch everything over to the new Han hair I was on it in a flash. It's the Bespin dark blue jacket figure that really benefits the most for me.
  2. It's bloody perfect. I will be making this absolutely! Great work!
  3. I'm pretty sure that SY did a black and red 2099 Spiderman many years ago. OnlineSailin has done this particular blue and red version before and I think Leyile has done one already. SpiderGwen has already been done so that just leaves Cowboy Cap for those on the cover.
  4. It's a shame that Skeletor looks like it was drawn by a 6 yr old using their non-dominant hand... or maybe even their left foot.
  5. When you say local, how local? I see this is your first post so you can't PM me.
  6. I was just confirming the Liverpool store as someone said they didn't have the Vader Transformation at another store. It was £19.99. I didn't look for that one, sorry. I looked at the figures of the two Freemakers sets and I did notice the Vader set, BPs, Clone Tank and the Rathtar set.
  7. You are indeed correct. I was just working on the price of the two larger sets and the Scarecrow set but I do remember them having the Bane/Mutant Leader set out too. I didn't look for the Two-Face set though.
  8. After picking up a couple of the Star Wars summer wave sets early yesterday I checked at Smyths again today and they have the summer wave TLBM sets on shelf. They look great and I was a little tempted but £252 for the three sets felt like a little too much in one go. No sign of the WW set though.
  9. I checked today at Smyths and the whole summer wave is in including the Vader Transformation.
  10. If you search Millennium Falcon Pillowcase or Millennium Falcon Underpants they also show Coming Soon and that you're ahead of the game. Whether they have some kind of automatic response to searches involving certain keywords I'm not sure but if a pillowcase and underpants are also showing up then I'll assume it's not confirmation of a potential UCS Falcon
  11. Well you either do know or you're guessing. This thread is full of vague ITK comments that leave people guessing about whether something is a hint or not. I personally don't think another one will be around next year and I'm not remotely interested in guessing whether one will be and whether or not it's worth betting on. I've seen the Boba Fett one sell for around £5 so it's worth it to pick up that figure alone regardless of whether the book becomes obsolete in 6-12 months.
  12. Maybe. But with the amount of books released by Lego I don't see them making new Visual Dictionaries and Character Encyclopedias with much more frequency than they already do. At least not to the point of expecting a new one to arrive next year and stop the OP buying the book.
  13. I wouldn't say there'd be another one for a few years. The last one was around for about 4-5 years before the updated Boba Felt figure version. I can't image we'll get another one until around 2021ish.
  14. Or at least lucky people in Liverpool (specifically in the south of the city)
  15. That's probable. I can't imagine them officially breaking street date by selling them online. Rather than by mistake I'd just say they're not that bothered by street date so have just filled the shelves with stock.
  16. I've seen things a week early or so before but never an entire wave. To have things best part of a month early does seem odd. I tend to buy from the Lego store so most of what I buy is on official release date. Couldn't say no to these though. I must admit that after I left the only thing I might go back for is the Vader transformation but that would be the only PT set I'd have bought.
  17. It was at Smyths. I thought it was a June 1st release but popped in to pick up a voucher and ambled past the Lego aisle out of habit. Looked like all of the summer wave was on shelf... I spotted a Freemakers set first then noticed the BPs.
  18. Just picked up the First Order and Bounty Hunter Battlepacks in Liverpool. Where for art thou, Zuckuss? ;)
  19. I've used those in a Punisher custom. As much as these legs aren't dual moulded I like the print detail and I'd lose that with the Syndrome legs.
  20. I don't think I've got the hairpiece to redo that figure but it's available from Bricks and Pieces for 41p. I've got the Kanjiklub figures so I can add Ben's head to that to take a look and maybe Photoshop the hair colour to match the grey.
  21. No... It's been out for a while:https://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Luke-s-Landspeeder-75173 That figure of Ben is actually already in the Cantina set and the Death Star. This set is just a cheaper way of getting him. I did a purist (except for the cape and hand) EPVII Luke with the grey hair and beard and I think they'd work for Ego too. Apologies for it being slightly blurry but it's an old photo and I no longer have the figure.
  22. Grey beard? How about Obi Wan from the new Landspeeder set?
  23. Update of my Han figures, the Chef Krennic update with his guard and the updated Biker Scout figures with BrickForge weapons.
  24. That's exactly what I did. One of the store staff explained that it's just basically down to how cheap the keyring and the polybag is worth more as it is than the keyring... and that's before you factor in any kind of secondary market value. Some people are still trying to sell it for over £20 in places.
