    If this set sells a lot I do not think we will have to wait that long I would rather have a big D2C Castle and Pirates set every second year; 2020 B-bay, 2022 90 year castle, 2024 Eldorado Fortress remake or similar then a normal wave of sets every 5 years

    I hope you have not collected Lego long, if you have you probably paid too much It depends on the country you live in, but as long as 2 or more shops sell a set it usually leads to competition and possibility for a better deal in the long run. It was easier to get nice deals when TRU was still a thing here and before the pandemic when everybody where home and the number of sets sold to AFOLs doubled. I normally do not buy sets directly from Lego unless I want a GWP Sounds about right, no way they would make a new mould for something like that with the low budget this set had I will buy one the rest of the budget goes to farm animals from City so I can add them to the set since Lego did not Until I see some reviews that show the stickers I believe they are printed With this price the set should have a huge design budget, that is clearly not the case, but it can not be so low that they did not print the shields right I am not a fan of the old sets having them in black and the same is true with the sets this year, however I understand why they did it. If they made them brown some people would probably complain so this is a safer choice

    If the barding do not show up on B&P it will cost a fortune to get more horses with barding for the set The following quote is from the press release made by Lego: "Plus horses, cows and even a castle cat!" I assume it is no typo so the cat was changed for a lamb in the last minute which is a good call however we lost a cow it seems At least we got a "ox" draw cart for the first time and that I have been waiting for 10 year to see in an official set

    The GWP looks very nice, probably the 4th time this year I must buy Lego sets to full price to get a GWP to good to pass up The quality of GWP this year has been excellent, to bad for my wallet

    The castle looks excellent and the number of minifigs is nice however for that price it should include more animals. 2 more horses is a minimum, and should have brought back the goats and included more farm animals for that price tag. I will of course buy it, but hope it is not exclusive to Lego so it is possible to get it for some discount later ;) NB I thought the Lego Con was really good this year, well done Lego :D Looks like the middle one comes with series 23 CMF so I assume they are prints

    Possible, but no other sets have leaked either except the Avatar one i think To mutch smoke for there to be no fire No fever just hyped

    If they want to enforce that rule it should be possible to make a limit of 1 GWP per account so it never shows up in the shopping cart at all the second order. That would also work in brand stores when a person uses the VIP card linked to that account (could still get one extra if the VIP card is not used I guess). Now it seem more random like you say 2 times they removed it, but not the other times Are there a pattern that the approved ones have been in previous year, but the 2 removed ones was this year or is it random?

    I see several people reporting that they have had GWP deleted from multiple orders earlier this year. So you might ending up only getting the GWP with your first order, in brand shops I am not sure how they will enforce the rule with one per household there Should mean that scalpers will have a hard time getting several and the stock last longer so more people can get one

    Got the GWP this morning on Lego@home Will see what happens in august, but I will probably wait for a better deal on the castle then getting it day 1-2 with a second promo

    Tiago Catarino has a review up and he say that the GWP forestmen set will be available from June 15th-June 22nd, 2022 Reactivation: Aug 2nd – Aug 14th, 2022 So looks like it is possible to get with the castle after all Then the question is if I take the chance of waiting until August so see if there is any stock left

    I think it is always interesting to get some in depth info from the designers and I liked the modular one. Last years Con was not the best regarding news, but I hope this one is better If you do not like things like that just follow this advise;

    You are probably right and I am a patient man so if we do not see it now it is only a matter of time when we do That make sense It make sense they do it then, but last years Con was a big disappointment in the "reveal department". I hope and it looks like they have learned their lesson, time will show on Saturday and I am looking forward to it at least

    They do not mention any info about the Castle in the latest promo for the Con so now I am starting to worry that we will not see it on Saturday next

    Yes and back then new and/or several accessories was not so common anyway, from series 15 we have normally gotten 2 animals in every normal series and 1 in every licensed series (with the exception of HP/FB1 that had a lot)

    I think this is wishful thinking we will end up with something like this: Do we really need a king for the set, a queen is better anyway I am sure the set name is wrong with the king in the title I would not say that at all It is a themed one like series 14 and 18 (maybe it is a 4 year thing?) that is almost like a licensed series in its limited range of figs just for costumed characters. A normal series like last one had 4 figs I really wanted and got multiple of, 4 figs that is nice that I will buy if the price is right and 4 figs I have little interest in. A series like this is normally 0 figs I really want, 12 figs that is nice that I will buy if the price is right and 0 figs I have little interest in. It is still better that a licensed series that I normally have no interest in and we got series 22 this year so it is not like this series takes the spot of the normal CMF series this year

    We have gotten a lot of animals this year so no need for such drastic measures, normally this would be a licensed series so any animals in it would be a bonus anyway. I will save money so it is not so bad
