  1. Just when I'd decided not to buy any more Star Wars sets... Definitely want to pick up the two OT sets. Particularly the Taun-taun... Not sure about the red star destroyer thing... Steve
  2. I imagine Julian Glover will be added to that list soon too, since he played General Veers (already done in the walking AT-AT) and Walter Donovan (who I would suspect will be made sometime for the Indy line). Steve
  3. Rest in peace, Khan: http://tv.yahoo.com/fantasy-island/show/30...alban__ER:77030 Steve
  4. Lego (actually Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen) in Forbes: The full article: http://www.forbes.com/2009/01/12/billionai...rtner=yahoobuzz And a bit more info from Forbes: http://www.forbes.com/people/2001/03/02/0302faceslego.html Steve
  5. New Playmobil Set. Maybe Lego could take some direction from this one? Steve
  6. Sinner's Walrus could stand in for Kramer... Steve
  7. The one where Kramer uses butter as tanning oil and then stays out in the sun too long and Newman fantasizes about him being a turkey: Steve
  8. I'd be pleased with any of those. I think Cavemen and Greek Mythology would be my top choices though. With Greeks maybe we could get a Circe and Odysseus set with some pigs. Steve
  9. Didn't we have this conversation already? At least for the best figure? I seem to recall voting for the jester... Steve
  10. Any reason why he's naked? Steve
  11. I like that tent cover for the market stall. Nice use of old and new grey too... Steve
  12. I don't know about that black space-car thing. Its really silly looking, but at the same time, its kind of retro-cool. Steve
  13. Thought I could end the game with a supermassive black hole: Steve
  14. For my last set(s) of the year, I blew all my Xmas money in one fell swoop at the Lego store and got: Medieval Market Village Republic Cruiser The Exclusive Pirate Set For my first set of the year, I snagged the Penguin's sub for 50% off at Walmart. Steve
  15. A cold update awaits: http://johnny-thunder.blogspot.com/ Steve
  16. I like the straw. The baby is also simple and well done. Steve
  17. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Athos/Vi...ay/naughty1.jpg Steve
  18. Merry Christmas!
  19. Do you already know who all the winners are? Or are you drawing them each day? Steve
  20. Indy was the best new theme, though Agents was very close. On further reflection, however, I possibly should have went with agents, because it was a larger non-licensed theme. But I'll stand by Indy. Some great parts and good figures in that line. Speed-racer was a terrible line. As for the best, I'll have to go with Castle, since it drained the most from my wallet this year. I don't think I picked up anything else, but Castle, Indy and one agents set (the volcano). Steve
  21. Jester. We've only waited 20+ years for a jester. And finally, Lego delivered and delivered a great figure. Steve
  22. Jesus is the baby. Joseph is the guy with Mary. More information. Steve
  23. Actually, you may be right. I just slapped names on them when I was photo editing. Though Balthasar was played by a white guy in Ben-Hur... Steve
  24. Yay, I think this is the first time I've been front-paged. Steve
  25. Gotta go with the joker. Such an iconic figure. Harley is in the top too. Though I like Twoface as well. Penguin's torso is great. I'm not real fond of the Riddler, as a figure, but as a villain, I like him. Steve
