  1. I just acquired the Taj Mahal via craigslist for $100usd. It was my first purchase via craigslist in over a year.
  2. http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=98732
  3. I don't care for the angry/mad Yoda. Out of character.
  4. I was really hoping for a better build, the palace has so much potential. Looks like figs is where LEGO is focusing once again in 2012.
  5. I have found that the inner bins do not work well for me. They move around too much and are sloppy. Also there are to many small compartments to met my needs. I have found the itso Divided Tray fits in a starlight perfectly.
  6. I am using . They also can be broken apart and reassembled in heights of more than 3 drawrs. They are cheap ($12-$15) and widely available.
  7. I just added one of my buildings to CUUSOO. The interface is not that intuitive. The signup process involves email verification, that is a turn off for many users. We should have a vote here at eurobricks and together vote to get one past 10,000.
  8. I post my sets at 15%-25% below the LOWEST price and they are gone in a week. But I am in the states and I usually list discontinued used Star Wars sets.
  9. Don't dismiss used bricks via garage sales, Craigslist and such. Buying a kids complete collection will get you a wide variety of pieces, great for mocks.
  10. Only 7% more pieces than the GG, so I would not get your hopes up. I would very much welcome a non standard width building.
  11. Another choice, time. I have purchased set and left them for months before having the time to rip them open.
  12. Most parents are interested in the challenge, kids not so much. When it comes to employees I have found that it varies by store. Here in Norther VA the Tyson's store is much more AFOL friendly than the woodbridge store for example.
  13. My youngest girl just had a birthday party today. At the end of the party I dumped a new tub of used blocks out, and guess what rolled out? Not sure if this is the one, or if it is close enough. PM me if you are still interested.
  14. You jumped in the deep end my friend.
  15. Bricklink, or a $70 box from your local LEGO store.
  16. I enjoyed the pet shop build more. The colors are much more interesting, as I have way too much tan.
  17. I just went looking for 5 sets for stocking stuffer's. The cashier said some guy just purchases them all, a few hundred of them
  18. Does anyone know the exact shipping from the states to down under? 10195 I shipped for $75 plus $20 insurgence a year ago.
  19. ToysRus is having a buy one get one %50 off sale. This is a good way to get multiple sets at a reasonable price.
  20. I think it will be around till spring, then it will be gone without notice. Either way, you did the right thing, as you do not want to miss out and pay double later.
  21. Robbed a LEGO delivery truck maybe? I find this interesting: For orders received after October 31, 2011, we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas The feedback is very good, mostly as a buyer, but all the sells are positive but one.
  22. Given that all the sets are still in production, you may have to lower your price a bit. You should be able to get 60% retail.
  23. Google is your friend, search: site:www.eurobricks.com round towers The second hit is money. (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=55538&st=15) A few more pictures:
  24. Still dirt cheap: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=91475
