    My gut feeling at NYCC it will be for JW, TG would be done at a car show or similar.....though Doctor Who would make the geeks at NYCC go jelly at knees !

    Lego would only produce a CMF licensed series if the action figure line is not tied to another toy maker.....i.e. Haspro. Why do you think we get minifig battle packs for Star Wars.....they come with something other than minifigs to build.......Lego lost a legal case over ten years ago over just selling minifigs as action figure......the action was taken by Haspro who had the rights to produce action figures for Star Wars.

    Funny that this wasn't added to this list ? No city collection is compete with out this one ! Perhaps we should start a petition to push Lego for more civilian buildings, it's been 6/7 years since the last gas station (not including 2012 parking garage), almost thirty years since a post office (minus the winter one), two banks in 30 years.....wow, no shops really at all in the same time bar about four in the same time period. Time the fire fighters and cops had something to protect right ?

    AWESOME a UCS in minifig scale......might have to save up for this if my son wants it. Though I'm not sure about Boba's weapon......using a non-standard SW gun ?

    Thanks for the feedback guys, oars eh ?......maybe but I have to have the right parts to mount said oars in stock as I'm broke at the moment. Now the sign is a blown up version of one from an early 80's idea book......and actually colouring it in would take a few hours to get it right.....just consider it a weather beaten sign since this is going into a coastal village along the sea front. Keep watching !

    Spot on 'alois', I have the latest bike shop and cafe set to join my layout when it comes time to display......plus the rumor of a toy & grocery shops set for next year so maybe it's the creator designers who have heard our cries for help ?

    Okay, you're new here and we have been saying this for years.....hence why we MOC build our shops, offices, warehouses, blocks of flats, etc.,. Lego City designers have blinkers on and think that the fan base of city sets last only two or three years. That would explain why so many cop shops and fire stations......plus a new train station every four years.

    Thanks to those who have commented, etc today........now I'm trying to convince Lego to build something other than cop shops all the time ! I'm planning some extra bits to go inside tomorrow......fingers crossed......keep watching !

    Excellent designing there 'Rinzler'.....I have the theme song playing in my head right now......Spiderman, Spiderman, does anything a spider can ! And old J.J screaming "PARKER !!!".........Brick On Design On 'Rinzler' !

    Thanks for the feedback everyone........I'm not sure if I can fit any thing else on the floor without making it look too crowded......but the blank spaces up high I might have some ideas there.....keep watching !

    Okay, so I started designing shop fittings that would suit a hardware store.....plus outdoors/sporting....so yeah, I though maybe another hardware store to go in my Avalonian seaside village.....now only a sign for the front I need to craft. Plus now a bonus modified design parked out the front........... Keep watching......more to come as usual !

    Very nice vehicles 'Ben C'......now to post images....look for the little icon of a picture into the tool bar when you are posting. Plus I wouldn't worry about the white and blue stripe down the sides of the fire truck.......you can't open the doors with those applied. Brick On 'Ben C' !

    Thanks 'gazumpty' for your kind words........actually the store idea was an after thought but I only need to finish the sides and roof plus a sign on the front and it will be done.....perfect to go in my Avalonian seaside village......near a swamp, forest and old gold mine ! Keep watching !

    I feel they will be similar idea to the great vehicles race car......price point says minifig scale but with a licensing add.....hello fancy DSS ! I guess this is to stick it Mega Bloks with their racing car/sports car themed sets........fingers cross it is tied to Top Gear because I will buy them for sure !
