  1. Whoa, that's a neat trick! I wonder how it would look with spaces instead of periods. D'oh, that will only work in MS word or notepad or something like it.
  2. Not if the UCS X-wing blows it up!
  3. All the minifigs have names????? Where are you supposed to learn this???? The parrot and the monkey too????? I'm surprised I got a 73%. It's kind of funny that all the other tests people are taking listed on the right side, lots of erm...risque topics and then there is test on a happy little Pirate-themed toy targeted at kids.
  4. ooo, were can I find info on this, date, times, admission (if any), etc. I live in New York (state) and we take long road trips sometimes, (like to Southern Florida and back twice) and we haven't had a vacation yet this summer so...
  5. I don't know Transformers, but I do know that any LEGO set, no mater how small, beats Galvatron or Unicron or any other toy! ;-) BOTTLES ON!!! *yoda*

    The Black Pearl

I believe Mr. Tiber is in the process of building a Black Pearl but he doesn't have enough parts so he needs to buy more off Bricklink, and that will take a long time. But anyway, back on topic, I think I like the first too, it's... beefier. Although I don't like the trans-green or the crew wearing those batty fright-knight helmets (no pun intended).
  7. I once tried that LEGO message boards and clubpage thing, it was so incredibly pointless! I wonder why someone would care enough to spend months collecting "pionts" to "buy" pictures called "stickers" that you could just get off google. Oh, and those dumb little star ranks! How many posts did you have Phes? I had 3ish. Wow, a thread discusing a website that doesn't exist, and it's been alive for over a year! (and it's going insanely off-topic but since the original topic was kind of piontless, who cares? :-D
  8. I don't have any compliments that haven't alredy been given so i'll just say keep up the exellent work! Mr. Tiber, I disagree with you about the width of this port, big ships are not supposted to (can't) dock in a port, it is to shallow. That scene in PotC DMC were the Back Pearl is nailed to the beach stikes pity into my heart, once a big ship like that is in the water, it stayes in the water. But I do agree that this is one of the best Imperial base MOC ever. X-D EDIT: If a long peire was added then it could dock a big ship, bu this MOC is destroyed anyway, so there's no fixing it now.
  9. 15a I posted this in the Make me PotC stickers thread and Mister Phes suggested it should get its own thread. Two versions of The Black Pearl, a ghost-ship from the PotC trilogy (yes, trilogy) I lay before you. Now the question at hand is which one do you like better, and why? 10. Fridges are worthless junk in a power outage!
  11. Wow, I didn't know europeans didn't get peice counts, does it say it anywhere else? Although I did know that the US sets are cheaper than European ones. Hmm, 437, thanks. ;-)
  12. :-D Wow, thanks, that was great. I want ep. II. Great special effects and the filming didn't look corny either. Remindes me of store wars.
  13. I'm happy cause I didn't get any of the origial x-wings, I just hope this is less that the $88 that I get when I covert 69,99 Euro. Hey, The box does't have a piece count, what the hell? I want to calcutate a price-to-piece ratio to see how much of a ripp-off this will be! |-/
  14. Yep, that was a good movie. I liked The Origianal Series too, but they don't have borg in it. I occasionally watch it on Spike and G4 but once I rented what I thought would be a one DVD box with one disk of 4 ep. from season 6 (my local library does that with TOS but they have no TNG) in an inter-library loan and I got back the a pack of seven disks, the whole 6th season, and I'm thinking; this isn't fair, it counts as one item so I only get a week to watch it like all the other movies! |-/ but it was funny how tremendously huge the box was :-D But anyway, back on topic, It's good to here that people like my Trekkie LEGO, thanks guys. *y* Oh, and I forgot to post my BS folder that has more pics of the BOP so it is edtied now.
  15. X-O Where did you buy this!?! How much did it cost?!?
  16. The BS gallery I posted in my previous post is Redbean's gallery so it has these same stickers and more. I think that the torso that Mr. Tiber pionted out is just as good for a Captian Jack as any custom. Although I do think Redbean's custom face is better but he should have used the brown three cornered hat. And here is a good Black Pearl too.
  17. but unfortunatly man hasn't perfected cold fusion yet, so chances are it will explode
  18. check out this BS folder. http://www.saber-scorpion.com/
  19. Look what I just found on BS! It's a folder with close up shots of the big ship! >>CLICKY<< This thing's amazing!
  20. I had these things sitting around for awhile and I was planning on posting them yesterday, and it is just an insane coincidence that yesterday was also the day DoubleT posted his "Borg". But I didn't get around to putting these here yesterday so here they are now. A small vignette of a Borg Regeneration Alcove. This is in honor of the great TV show Star Trek The Next Generation (NOT STAR TREK DS9, VOYAGER, OR ENTERPRISE). And without the borg This is my Bird of Prey, a Klingon ship from TNG. The BOP in Attack position The plates covering the joints need to be repositioned to put the BOP in landing position. :-( Don't ask why it is a bluish color scheme instead of a greenish one because I will have no good answer. More pics of BOP in my BS folder.
  21. That ain't a bird's-eye, this is a bird's eye.

    The Kraken

They don't, but this is not a squid, it's a kraken. yeah, but chanches are most people be too lazy to find it so here it his and minaturized
  23. Oops, I think you made another little mistake, 6835 is a space set, "Saucer Scout", (heh, scout) but when you said you mistook the 3 for an 8 I realized what you meant was 6235 which is "Buried Treasure" a small but nice pirate set. But don't worry, people make typographical errors like this all the time. http://www.bricklink.com/index.asp, http://brickset.com/ and http://peeron.com/ are all good set references just incase you didn't know.
  24. Same here. I like the idea and the color looks off in the picture. I am curious to the toys in that second to last car, looks like it has lots of cool pieces. A big lego set carring mini lego sets :-D . EDIT: for anyone who didn't notice this I believe it's 115 cm or 45.28 in long
  25. Welcome to Eurobricks Commodore and ImperialScouts, heh, your username is both pirate and SW orientated, your two most favorite themes, nifty. Set number 6285 is a glorious pirate schooner named The Black Seas Barracuda. Oh, I have neglected posting in this thread cause I have no pirate sets, but now since I posted here anyway I now shall let you guys know I have no pirate sets!! But I want some really badly; I hope I can buy that Imperial Trading Post of Ebay soon. I like Imperial guards better than pirates.
