Hmm, I am too young to know about catalogs with pirate sets but I noticed the 2nd image in the Time Cruisers Mystic Mountain Time Lab entry is Sponge Bob Krusty Crab, WTF? (That really dosen't have to do with pirates but I found it while searching for the sets that had the Imperial Armada Morion. EDIT: This site has catalog scans although I'm not sure what country they are from.

Wow, that cannon looks great! It has a nice looking iron texture to it, or it just might be that the photograpgh is grainy. Although I see no reason to spraypaint a flag, as they come in black.

Hmm, foam, I am almost sure there is some practical use of it I can use to describe it but I just can;t think of it right now. Well, it's more solid than cloth but still pretty flaxible and it has a rubbery kind of feel.

I love the pirate line but it is not because of the pirates, it is because of the Imperials, they not only can be used in the Caribbean but in American Revolution scenes! Maybe it's because pirates are so clich

I voted for gray and brown because it's a little more interesting than solid brown but still realistic.

IT would cost me too much to build... but i think done right it could be pretty awesome... i think the next ship i build is going to be back to traditional hull, just because i miss it. but that won't be until i get more pieces... andthat costs money... and now that some woman is trying to rip me off on ebay, thats 70 dollars of pirate legos im not getting... (i payed thru paypal already, it went through and she wont send my legos! WTF??? she says its because i am an unconfirmed shipping address, i have always used that address and never had a problem... and she wont refund my money... ) :'-( That's terrible, is do you have a phone number or E-mail adress to contact her at? I think the story is fine, it's not to long and it adds intrest to your MOC.

This is the big ship in that 2006 Frenchen meeting thread, I thought this gallery wasn't posted here yet, but I guess I was wrong. Mr. Tiber, It's problably not very sturdy but it's for display, it's not supposed to be move around so it's doesn't have to be sturdy.
